Friendly, helpful staff Nicole, at the front desk was top notch. She was helpful and funny as she shared her unique take on things to do in Niagra Falls. Hats off to her and the professional, friendly staff at this hotel. We also loved walking to the Falls, especially at night for the fireworks!

Price doesn’t match value Good location. Staff was pleasant. Hotel makes you pay for everything. Breakfast extra, parking extra. Even had to pay a security deposit, and now have to wait up to 3 business days for it to be credited back. Not up to Holiday Inn standards. Would not return.

Good location for the Falls Good location right on the doorstep of Niagara Falls State Park. Plenty of parking available and the Niagara Information Centre is across the road. Service was good, especially in the Anchor Bar when we arrived much later in the evening than expected. The Buffalo Wings were excellent and this is actually one of the better eating/drinking places on the USA side of the falls. In truth the area is a bit run down but the Holiday Inn does its best to rise above that. We decided to splash out on a suite which turned out to be two rooms connected. The bedroom was fine although the furniture in the sitting room was sparse with the TV attached to the wall at a bit of an angle. The sitting room could also do with more lights to help with reading/atmosphere but at least we had plenty of room. A pleasant stay for a couple of nights.

Great service and room When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a good natured young lady named Nicole who, after discovering a mistake we made booking our room( we had mistakenly booked the wrong night), was able to collaborate with her manager Ken and salvage our reservation! We are so grateful for their flexibility and understanding and providing exemplary service above and beyond what would be expected! The room was perfect, and We highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Fabulous Location My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. Good customer service, clean, spacious rooms and strong wifi. We especially appreciated that they were willing to hold our luggage in their locked storage area even after we checked out so we could take one last walk before we headed to the airport. And did I mention how conveniently located to the falls it is?!? They are within an easy walking distance of the falls. That was the best!
