Horrible rooms. Inefficient, incompetent, unprofessional and racist staff 1. Assigned us a smoking room knowing that we had a 5 year and 3 month old with us. The room smelled horrible and was also dirty with stains on carpet and sofa. 2. The front desk staff(including shift manager) were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional and refused to move us to a different room. They also spoke to us in a completely different tone than they were speaking to white customers. 3. I ended up paying 400 dollars extra to upgrade to a suite(so almost 1400 dollars total for 2 night stay). 4. The suite was also horrible and didn't even have a microwave or a stove. It had 1 king bed and the front desk promised that they will get us an extra bed. However they never dropped off the bed despite us calling and reminding them 3 times which shows how inefficient and unprofessional the hotel staff is. 5. The shift manager was unapologetic and mean when I told her next day that the bed never arrived. 6. I was so sick and fed up with the hotel and its staff that I checked out after staying only 1 night despite paying 1400 dollars. 7. In conclusion the hotel and the staff are one of the worst I have seen. They are inefficient, incompetent and unprofessional. You are better off paying a fraction of money in surrounding hotels and getting much better service(especially if you are Asian)

A beautiful hotel with very nice clean rooms The rooms are very nice and good sizes. The beds were very comfortable. Prices a little high but it was worth it. The casino was nice and big and clean. Only complaint was the lack of staff help at their cafe. There was always a line. Mainly because their buffet has not reopened yet.

Disappointed As I know many industries are short staffed, the Casino was very short staffed in the service department. My new husband and I arrived at the Casino about 3pm after we had just got married at 1pm. We walked in thinking we would get a drink and then test our luck at some slots. Unfortunately both bars were closed. We could clearly see that the one bar was closed as it was blocked off, but the Sports Bar seemed open. We sat there for 15 minutes, along with other people who were wanting a drink as well. Finally a nice young lady came over and said that the bartender was extremely late for work and not sure what time or if they would get there. A simple sign or even the chairs moved away from the bar would have been an indication that the bar was not open.

Save your money and stay off site. This trip was a gift from our daughter for our 30th anniversary. I would not spend the money she did for a room at the casino hotel. The room was no better than any we've stayed at for 1/4 of the cost. The staff when we checked in was robotic, here's your room#, key & the elevator is to the right. This was our first trip there and tried to ask about the casino offerings, promotions, restaurants etc. and was told to go in the casino to the left for all the information. This is what $400 a night for a room gets you. No breakfast and no service for multiple nights. The casino was nice, plenty of machines to play but could not get a drink without going to the bar and paying for it after about 1pm. The rewards card rarely worked when put in the machine, one machine didn't pay out correctly and the attendant was not willing to research just said it was due to the denomination played. Asked the same attendant about the card not registering and was told it was how I put it in even though it took her 5 tries to get it to work too. Maybe they're over worked and underpaid and that's why they lack of customer services exists. Maybe the hotel should only occupy the amount of people their staff can handle respectfully. Just a thought and the general conversation at the machines. It really sucks to have to leave a machine to get a drink that you've been playing at for 2 + hours. The positive: The steakhouse was AMAZING! From the reservation to the to go box we couldn't have had better food or service. Highly recommend dining there, a little on the $$$ end but well worth it! The spa was closed I believe due to covid, so that was disappointing but understandable. Nothing special about the Seneca Resort or Casino that made it a place to go back to for us. The falls tour is another review and we would definitely recommend them. We left about $2200 there and won't be back to recoup. Our points did get us a few souvenirs at the gift shop, about 1% of what we lost, may have been more if the cards actually worked the entire time, better than nothing though. Life lessons and experiences to learn from.

Great Place to Stay Enjoyed our 3 night visit. No problem. Nice rooms, good bed, good service. Not crazy about casino. Just didn't have much luck. Didn't see others having much success either. I am not a big gambler, for me entertainment. I go to lots of casinos though. Take in my money, expecting to eventually lose it, occasionally I come out ahead but not normally. Anyway, I play the slots and video poker. Those machines were gobbling up my dollars as fast as I threw them in! Didn't play long.
