Horrendous Customer Service I will start this by saying I did not stay. This review is more on the lack of customer service I booked the BEST WESTERN FALLSVIEW for May and last week went online to view the website to look up something at the hotel. I could not find the website. After numerous calls to Best Western & the hotel directly I finally discovered the hotel has been taken over by the Wyndham No e-mail, no phone call, nothing to inform me. Shame on Best Western Same with Wyndham, one would think if they took over a hotel and their reservations they would contact their guests to let them know Over the past three days I have made nearly 20 calls just to get this information. Each person more clueless than the previous. I finally decided it best to cancel and stay somewhere else. I canceled my booking online. Called to be sure it went through, no it didn’t. The Wyndham agent was more interested in offering me a deal or a promotion than to care about taking my request to cancel my booking. After 5 minutes of declining his offers I finally received a cancel number, hope it actually went through this time My advice, stay away until they can work out this mess!

room We were on the 4th floor overlooking the Casino. Didn't like they had no micro wave or small frig. We were told to walk across the parking lot and up the outside front stair. I knew if you drive around the back you could access at ground level. Room was clean shower was great but the TV sucked big time.

Great location Upon check in we found that our room was in the back of the property when we were told it would be out front The front desk was very helpful and moved us Would recommend this location to anyone. The location is great. It's a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill and a little more to The Falls. Lots of great places to eat in the area, or perhaps a short drive away. I would stay away from the on site restaurant..........never tried it but never heard anything positive about it. We had a third floor balcony view of the Skylon and watched the fireworks from it three nights in a row.

Do Not Stay in “Tower” B This motel was recently taken over by Wyndem Gardens. We had to check into Wyndem Tower A, then drag our luggage THROUGH IHOP only to round the corner to discover that “tower B” is a sad, old motel. Rusty, dated, hard beds, rotten pillows, NO BAR FRIDGES OR MICROWAVES. The type of place that advertises Colour TV. And hey, it was only $430 for two nights! WTF? You know that place you drive by and wonder who the h*ll stays there? It’s that place.

Great but Great place to visit, the staff are friendly and attentive and professional The cleaning staff were very friendly and went over and beyond for us Always a good morning with a big smile and always asking if we’re ok The only thing was the $60 CAD parking Wtf? Seriously? I believe it was due to the fact that it was busy but cmon guys? How you charge a family $60 to leave their car with you for a night?? Definitely going back but parking down the street
