Nice Getaway The hotel is perfectly located at the top of Clifton Hill but away from all the amusement things. We arrived early and were told that we would have a room by 2pm or a notification to come back as the room would be ready. Came back at 2:30 after not receiving the notification and were upgraded. Big thank you to the front desk staff as we were not expecting it and the spa tub really helped to recuperate after a long day walking around Niagara Falls. We would definitely be back again.

Great stay I usually use Marriott hotels when I stay out of town. We selected this hotel since it was close to the downtown area. Our room was clean and very nice large. The only real problem I had was the AC didn't in the room didn't get very cool. We were close enough to all the downtown fun without being actually downtown.

A few issues the second time around This was our second visit to the Courtyard Marriott in Niagara Falls, and our first vacation during “Covid Times.” Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. There are many good things to say about it, so will start at ground level. 1. Great location, about halfway between the two casinos, so it’s an easy walk to either Fallsview or Casino Niagara and the Falls. 2. Large parking lot so whenever you arrive you are guaranteed to find a spot. However, I don’t understand why they have to charge for parking if you are already paying for a room. 3. Beautiful front lobby with plenty of luggage carts. However, not enough front desk staff and the front, desk was often abandoned in the evening. Not a good look for any hotel. 4. While the hotel has two pools, one indoors and one outdoors, the indoor pool was closed and you needed a reservation to access the outdoor pool as it was restricted to 20 people at a time. However, we found the pool area often had far less than the maximum allowed. I think people would “book” the pool and simply not show up. The hotel should have invested in a security person at the pool to monitor the number of people using it during the day instead of instituting a useless reservation system. The result is paying for a facility that you cannot use. 5. One of the things we loved about the Marriott – as opposed to other hotels – is their room cleaning schedule. At most hotels, you have no idea when your room will be cleaned. Here they provide a request form in your room. You fill the time of day you would like your room cleaned, place it on the door handle and, presto, it is cleaned at that time. It’s great because after returning to the room after a full day on the go, it’s nice to return to a clean room. The option of simply getting clean towels daily was a great addition to the place. Despite a number of issues we had with the place, we would give it another try, but probably not until Covid is over.

So great!! Y’all!! Stay here!! The staff that helped us were SUPER! We rolled in late- they were so friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool, requested extra towels, checked out late, and at every interaction- they were awesome! Beautiful place, huge room. Comfy beds! Great location. Easy access. Lots of parking.

amazing Family Time First time in Niagara I can't wait to comeback, amazing location close to every important area in Niagara, clean , nice view and confy , old furniture but good for price. and the best is the area very safe and you can walk to the falls Front desk staff very helpful and kind.
