location was great enjoyed our stay and would recommend friends staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No housekeeping! Room was ok. Housekeeping was nonexistent. We stayed two nights, no housekeeping, no clean towels, didn't even make the bed. We paid full price for a two-night stay and I would expect full service, no less. Above all that, they charge $30 a day just to park our car! No, I would not stay here again.

Great stay! We stayed here June 19-22. We traveled with some friends. The hotel was very clean and cozy. It is about a block or so away from the falls. It was a great price and location. The pool was great! It was within walking distance from the casino, falls, and eating.

Avoid this property at all cost!!! My stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview was nothing short of disappointing. The front desk service was abysmal, especially around midnight. The staff member on duty was slow and seemed clueless about basic procedures. Despite having an approved late checkout at 12 noon, we were rudely awakened by a housekeeper banging on our door at 10:50 am. This disruption was incredibly frustrating and ruined our morning. Additionally, I requested some toiletries from the front desk at 11 am, speaking with Tanisha, who assured me they would be delivered promptly. However, nothing ever arrived. When I called back to follow up, she was rude and unhelpful, citing that the housekeepers were “busy.” The room itself was filthy, with a persistent unpleasant smell. The toilet was continuously running, adding to the overall discomfort. The parking fee was excessively high, and for the quality and service provided, the overall fee was exorbitant, especially without breakfast included. Overall, the experience was ridiculous, and I will be avoiding this hotel in the future.
