Great time Great hotel reasonable rates friendly staff Great location easy access to Niagara Falls view. Lots of restaurants vary prices. Attached by overhead walkway to Fallsview Casino. Quite kid friendly senior friendly. We have stayed here many times over the years and truly enjoy the experience

Loved it The recently renovated room was impressive, providing a peaceful experience with a quiet pool and gym. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and definitely plan to return. The addition of a Nespresso machine in the bedroom and earplugs at the gym was a thoughtful touch that enhanced my overall satisfaction with the stay.

Niagara Fallsview 3 days Great view of horseshoe falls , food on site room was clean. The front desk was wonderful to our needs make service was great! The gym is one of the best I have seen in a hotel. Close walking distance to everything with bus route in front of hotel. The ac was loud but did its job for us so no issues z the pool was clean with nice pool towels for guest

Great location and classic accommodations Great location and comfortable classic accommodations. This hotel is well situated if you want to spend time at the Casino or walking along the Falls. It is a bit dated in the rooms and decor but if you don't care too much everything else is close at hand. I ate at the restaurants that are attached, which was very easy. Ask for a higher floor and falls-view room if you really want to get that special Niagara feeling, but keep in mind other hotels across the street may block the view. Nice to see the US fireworks at night from the window.

Hidden Charges will be there be ready Highly NOT recommended it, hidden charges will be applied to your credit card, something called DMC, also the parking wasn’t mentioned that is not free, the lady on the front desk which was the director of the hotel, was super rude and word by word stated “I have your credit card information and I can charge it whatever I want” WHAT!!!!! I don’t accept that language and that behaviour and will never trust this hotel again in the future.
