Fantastic family holiday making great memories This is our third year staying at Great Wolf Lodge as we love it so much. The whole experience is really well thought out, with the attention to detail, great food, brilliant water park and other entertainment delivering a fantastic holiday for the whole family. This year we purchased the Wolf Pass, which has been worth every penny, especially with the less than favourable weather. The breakfast and dinner buffets are so well put together, with loads of options to suit everyone, even fussy eaters! Lunchtime options are also good, and you can eat in the water park. The range of slides and activities within the water park itself suit all ages, and even things like the life guards, towel availability, seating provision etc are just what is needed. The staff are so friendly at all times, and always on point for entertaining the kids. There is just so much to see and do here, and that's why we keep coming back.

Great for young kids I was pleasantly surprised with this place for a family of 4. The kids absolutely loved every minute. accommodations were clean and comfortable. Waterpark was awesome and appealed to both age groups ( 2 + 6 ). Food was reasonably priced. the pizza was the best I've had in a while. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Great Family experience We've been to Great Wolf Lodge six times now, and while our experiences haven't always been perfect, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make things right. This effort keeps us coming back, and my three kids love this hotel more than any other water park in Niagara. The outdoor pool is a highlight for my husband and me, offering a relaxing break from the excitement of the park. There are around 7-9 waterslides, an indoor wave pool, and plenty of cabanas for families to enjoy. We always purchase the meal plan, which is convenient, though the breakfast menu could use some variety. It's essential to either make a reservation for breakfast or arrive early, as there's usually a long line; during our last visit, we waited about 43 minutes to be seated. On that occasion, my husband had to request apple juice from a waiter as our son went hypoglycemic—something to plan for if you have a child with a medical condition. The kids' programs are consistently excellent, which is a big draw for us. Our kids particularly enjoy the dance in the lobby, yoga sessions, and balloon making. There's also an arcade on the waterpark level, providing a fun alternative when you need a break from the water. The hotel has several dining options, so you don't have to leave the property for meals. The rooms are okay, though the layout is a bit unusual with the sink located outside the bathroom. However, parking is hassle-free and complimentary, which is a nice perk. Overall, despite a few hiccups, Great Wolf Lodge continues to be a favorite destination for our family due to its fun activities, excellent staff, and convenient amenities.

Not great for teens! Careful of room location! We recently attended GWL for 2 nights with 4 of our grandchildren - ages 11-15. We have previously been there a number of times, over the years. This time was quite disappointing. The cost is quite excessive for what it has to offer. If you are over 12, they charge full adult prices. Basically, it is designed for kids under 10. There is very little to do for children beyond that age. Despite being a beautiful summer evening, they close the outdoor pool area at 7pm. And, the indoor waterpard closes at 8pm. The rooms are showing their age. We had the Majestic suite. We had a few minor issues which they did attend to. We were told they had Keurigs and daily housekeeping. They don't. Additionally, they are doing some construction at the facility. We were not told this when booking, or in subsequent correspondence. Also, be carefull where your room is located! Unfortunately, ours was at the area where our balcony overlooked the construction laydown yard and a helicopter pad. During the day, the helicopters take off and land about every 5 minutes! You couldn't sit out and talk, as the noise was excessive and annoying. Overall, it is primarily designed for families with young children.

An absolute favourite! This was my second time back post-COVID and I feel like much has changed since my last visits. This time with cousins and friends to celebrate another birthday. Staff in general is wonderful as always with the exception now of front desk and on site reservations (by phone they are not so pleasant) and the food outlets in the water park (they work like they don’t want to be there and are slow moving, not putting through entire order together so you are left waiting for order items while the rest of meals get cold). The team members that run the shows, kids entertainment, etc are amazing! They are well trained and clearly the hiring team makes sure to select individuals with the right temperament and personality for the job. The waterpark is the kids favourite of course while I really enjoy the lobby activities with the family. Rooms are comfortable and generally clean and the hotel halls and lobby areas and public washrooms are also all well maintained and kept clean. We really look forward to being back in the summer and enjoying the outside pool (my personal favourite waterpark area) and poolside activities and the grill food selections.
