Wonderful stay at the HGI... We stayed at the HG last week for one evening en route from NH to Windsor, ONT. Our stay was perfect. Admittedly, this isn't a 5-star hotel... but it is EXACTLY what it is supposed to be. The staff was extremely friendly and professional... the room was immaculately clean... the mattress was comfortable and the bedding was soft and equally as comfortable - as it always is at Hilton hotels. And you can't beat the price... I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again... great bang for the buck!

A Wonderful Hotel My husband and I recently enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful hotel. From the super-easy check-in to a speedy check-out, each moment of our stay was relaxing and memorable. To start, I would like to profusely thank the exceptional staff, with a special shout out to the lovely Shakerrah, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We brought our dog with us, and the pet-friendly accommodations and attitude of the hotel and staff was excellent every day. The hotel has a spacious and sunny backyard area, absolutely perfect for dogs. Our hotel room was extremely comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. We also greatly appreciated the ample free (and safe) on-site parking. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant and bar area (the breakfast buffet was delicious.) The hotel is only a very short drive to the wineries and shopping district of Niagara-on-the-Lake, downtown St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls. We will definitely be returning to stay at your beautiful hotel the next time we visit the Niagara Region. Highly recommended.

excellent stay at NOTL Took a short vaca to NOTL and spent a few nights at the HGI Excellent hotel, quiet, clean. central located 10 mins to lots of attractions, the falls, st catherines, notl wineries. lots of smaller restaurants in the area as well as fast food. 2 minutes to the outlet mall/bass pro. Instead of taking the highway you can take the river all the way to the falls visiting attractions along the way. Don’t skip the butterfly Conservatory. outdoor sitting areas are a plus, very nice gazebo in the back to relax in after a long day as well as just off the main lobby. wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Excellet People This hotel is just off the busy path, just enough and also lose to freeways. The restaurant people are friendly and amazing.... chef cooked food and the entire hotel seems to be managed excellent. Indoor heated pool and 24 hour convenience snack shop.

Very Nice During my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, I was thoroughly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the delicious breakfast buffet. We were able to take advantage of a wag jag coupon, making the whole overnight experience incredibly affordable. The pool area was fun and I enjoyed splashing around with my kids. I would definitely choose to stay at this great property again in the future.
