Convenient location and nice ammenities. Beautiful hotel. Convenient to most attractions. The view from our room was breathtaking! We enjoyed the lights on the falls and the fireworks every evening of our stay in our jammies. Lol All staff were friendly, informative, personable and professional. We stayed in the North Tower, which is the newer of the towers. Room furnishings were comfortable. Highly recommend. Only complaint is that our room was only cleaned one of the four nights stay. It was disappointing (but, we're assuming it was a staffing issue since it was at the end of their season). We were able, however to acquire clean towels from the cleaning staff each day.

Ok hotel, would choose another hotel next time Fire alarm went off at 2 am for 30 minutes. Not really great when you are sleeping. Swimming pool was also very cold. Hot tub was not hot. I would consider it like warm. Hotel does offer great view of the American side of the falls. You can almost see the Canadian side of the falls

When the refresh is complete we’d try it again The view of the falls is probably what you come for and you will not be disappointed. I think it’s correct to say that if you’re above the 20th floor you will get a view no matter what room you have. The view at breakfast is special! The hotel is going through a sizeable update at the moment, this means that the lobby is a bit bleak and there can be some bashing and crashing going on. But the staff are good and work hard to help you enjoy your stay. If you’re in a non-updated room, things do look a bit tired. But the rooms are kept clean. The pool looks great, wish we’d found the time to use it. The air con was not really cooling in the room that we were initially given. Someone tried to fix it, but it still didn’t work. The front desk initially offered a lower room but we didn’t accept it and eventually got accommodated in a suite which was a nice upgrade. Overall it’s not the best Hilton experience I’ve had for the price. But the view of the falls is what you’re there for. Hopefully when the update is complete it will be a better overall experience.

TLDR: Disorganized and chaotic response to 2 a.m. alarm; would not trust to ensure guest safety in an actual emergency! I stayed here with my husband and one-year-old a couple of weeks ago. There were plenty of issues that I could have forgiven - our room was not ready until past 5 p.m. - the crib we had requested was not in place and when someone finally brought it to our room, it was just dumped inside the door for my husband to assemble on his own while caring for our one-year-old (also not a crib, but a pack and play without a mattress but with a pathetic sheet thrown over the base) - the cleaners (who are apparently different from "housekeeping") wouldn't give us extra towels - when we found the right people to ask for towels, it took hours to receive them - HOWEVER, WHAT I COULD NOT FORGIVE AND WHAT CAUSED US TO CHECK OUT A DAY EARLY was the total lack of communication and order with regard to the safety of guests when a fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. First, we were unsure if the alarm that was sounding in our room was indeed a fire alarm as the designated fire alarm in our room was not the source of the noise nor were its lights flashing, which itself is concerning. My husband and I grabbed our one-year-old anyway and proceeded to walk down 45 flights of stairs to the street in front of the hotel where a fire truck had pulled up but hotel staff were no where to be seen to direct guests to safety or to provide any information or assurance whatsoever. We stood on the street, barefoot, in our pajamas, with the other sleepy and startled guests waiting for direction that never came while the alarm continued intermittently. One other guest told us that he overheard one of the firemen say that one of the elevators had started smoking, which triggered the alarm. Finally, a garbled message that no one could understand blared over speakers while the alarm paused for a few minutes and then resumed again. When we got back to our room two hours later, we packed our bags to check out, leaving a day earlier than we had planned. The staff at the front desk were completely unapologetic about our loss of faith in their ability to keep guests safe and argued with me about refunding the night stay that we were canceling. Ultimately, after a long ordeal of speaking with several different people, and a public shaming over Twitter (sorry, X), we were not charged for our canceled night stay. This acquiescence to provide basic customer service, however, does not make up for the complete failure in preparedness and accountability in the face of an emergency (even a false alarm) that this hotel's staff displayed. There are plenty of other hotel options with views of the falls, don't stay here.

Amazing Stay with a Beautiful View and warm hospitality. I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites with my wife and her parents, who were visiting us from India. We were showing them the beauty of Niagara Falls, and the hotel played a big part in making their experience memorable. Both our rooms had breathtaking views of the falls, which made our stay even more special. The hospitality we received was outstanding, especially from Christine, the Manager on duty. She assisted us with both check-in and check-out and was incredibly gracious, warm, and welcoming. Christine’s attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, and we will definitely be recommending it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
