Could be better Good points Large room View over pool and balcony was nice Clean Pool area was good for kids and not too busy Excellent location Free parking behind hotel Comfy bed Nice staff Easy check out Negatives No water provided in room Free breakfast not given to one child as apparently he was too old for it but no age was given on booking. Kids breakfast choice limited to 3 options and no drink provided- had to pay extra Breakfast choice were all carb and fat loaded; could only have coffee or water no other drink free not even for kids.

Disappointed Disappointing Stay I am writing this review at midnight from my room at the Holiday Inn, having been woken up by a couple loudly arguing in the hallway. Despite the disturbance, no staff intervened to address the situation. Additionally, the television in my room was not working. When I called the front desk, a staff member arrived but was extremely rude and appeared annoyed with my request for assistance. He attempted to fix the issue by simply unplugging and re-plugging the TV, which did not resolve the problem. His attitude was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of service expected at this price point. The door of our room stuck alot, you really had to pull and push to close it and make sure it was fully closed. Sometimes having to slam it. Didnt feel safe at all. At $237 per night, I expected a much higher standard of service. To add to the disappointment, no complimentary breakfast was offered because I used points for part of my payment. Dust everywhere on surfaces. The check-in process was equally frustrating. There was a long line, and despite requesting an early check-in, it was not accommodated. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to others nor will I return.

Niagara stay The manager Miroslav Bijelic was very accommodating and professional! He went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable! We’ll be back for sure! The room was clean and spacious! Everyone that was working there was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic location for families and the elderly Fantastic location with parking included in your room rate, not only could you walk to a number of attractions but it was near numerous restaurants. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable for 3 people in 2 queen beds. Both front desk, restaurant and cleaners were helpful and nice. I'd definitely recommend it for families and those traveling with the elderly. Disliked · It is a busy hotel so if you go to breakfast at the wrong time you may end up competiting with a tour bus for space and the servers time.

Convenient location with good amenities This is a great hotel for a visit to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. We stayed here with our teenage daughter. We were looking for a hotel convenient to walk to the falls and which had free and easy parking. It’s an older building but nicely updated. The room was spacious and each room has a full large balcony. Highly recommend pre-purchasing the breakfast at the adjoining restaurant as part of booking the room if you like to breakfast at the hotel before heading out. It’s a discount to purchasing breakfast there otherwise. There were many options for a full breakfast at the restaurant and there aren’t a lot of nearby breakfast places. With sensitive skin, I also appreciated all the same Dove brand amenities as the Holiday Inn hotels we stayed at in Ohio on the same trip (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand wash). We were also delighted with chocolate covered strawberries in the refrigerator as a welcome gift. The pool which we didn’t have time to use is outdoors in an interior courtyard and looked very inviting. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would likely stay again for its price point, amenities and location.
