Charming Boutique Hotel We recently stayed at the Old Stone Inn after attending the "Cool as Ice" Icewine Gala, and it was a delightful experience. The decor is charming, and the rooms are beautifully appointed, making our stay very comfortable. As locals, this was a perfect short getaway. The ambiance of the inn provided a wonderful escape, even though we were close to home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and elegant retreat in Niagara Falls!

Never again We rented 2 rooms on a Tuesday night they said no stores. Get there and staff not friendly . Lobby inside cute very old on outside for the price . We had 2 wheelchairs and were told it’s not many stairs for a wheelchair then they change rooms which required 3 steps again we couldn’t do. Changed us again and got room at back which had bugs , air was not cool enough. Smelt musty . Pillows not comfortable . Said if we went back by 10pm door looks to the area where we need to get to room.$918 for 2 rooms we were at the point to book another hotel .

Mostly great stay. We will be back. We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. Overall we REALLY enjoyed this hotel and definitely will return. The only 2 things that dropped it from being a perfect experience was the pool and the restaurant. The 2 days we were there we refused to use the pool. There was the BIGGEST ball of hair that I have ever seen in the bottom of the pool. We seen it the first night and thought for sure it would get cleaned out by the next morning… nope. It was there all day the second day. I let the front desk know about it the night before we left and surprise! It was still there the following morning when we were checking out. So that was disappointing. The restaurant, we had breakfast there and it was very bland. It desperately needed salt and pepper. No one checked on us while eating and the server didn’t ask if everything was ok when he came to clear away 2 barely eaten breakfasts. Outside of those 2 things I really loved the uniqueness of this hotel. Our room was beautifully updated. We had a fridge (I was nervous of that based on previous reviews). I also loved the view of the courtyard what a cute spot!

Pleasant stay… Stayed at this little hotel for one night while visiting the Falls on Canada Day! We were early for check in and reception staff were helpful enough and let us store our luggage for the afternoon. We then had one drink in the outside garden/terrace area as it was so hot! we had also climbed the steps from Queen Victoria Park (beware - google maps route! Lol) It was a really hot day and we went back to the bar after our day at the Falls only to find that the bar was shut! Is this normal? Purchased a couple of cans of flavoured Seltzer in the onsite shop which I found very expensive! Room was nice and bed was clean and comfortable, although corridor to room smelled strongly of chlorine from the swimming pool. Hotel is beside the big skylon tower and a short walk to the casinos and of course the Horseshoe Falls but as I said before, the steps up from the park were hard going, so use the road or venicular rail for C$3.5 if walking! Didn’t try hotel food as we had booked elsewhere so can’t comment. All in all a pleasant experience in a quiet part of Niagra!
