Bathroom covered in mould We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our two week holiday travelling across Canada. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in. We stayed in a two queen bed room with sofa bed. Beds were ok but daughter complained that the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The room was a good size but we had requested a falls view- and were located on the fourth floor, so although technically the falls could be seen (just) the view was disappointing as we were on such a low floor. We did ask if this could be changed and were told there was no availability. The room smelt so musty, as did the towels and the bedding. It smelt like no fresh air had been in there for years. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould as was the grouting around the tiles. Location wise, the hotel is in a perfect spot and within walking distance of everything you’ll want to see and do. However we were glad to only be staying here for one night and were happy to leave sadly.

View of the Falls and Great Location. Staff was fantastic! Everything was close. Niagara Tourisn offered value packed packages. Defintely do the Hornblower & Behind the Falls!

I wouldn’t stay here again We stayed one night in corner jucuzzi room on floor 9 on our way to Boston. On way back 1236 Fall view room for 2 nights. Both smelled funky. Hallways smell like your Grandmas’s house. Rooms are dated and worn. Room 1236 had damp carpet and bedding felt damp. and The bathroom fan loud and rattled. Maybe funky smell because of all the dogs…gross. Parking $$$. Check in chaotic. Free form line. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Okay, but I wouldn’t come back The hotel is showing it’s age, which I expected in this region, but what I didn’t expect is - the curtains don’t cover the whole window, so it’s very bright at 6:30 am in the room - the A/C is very noisy, as well as the delivery trucks in the alley early morning. The offsite parking at 30$ a night seems exaggerated. Lastly , on the second floor, the river view or falls view room isn’t worth it, you hear trucks passing by and you’ll have a view of the next door hotel’s dumpsters

The Location is Great. Staff was Helpful. Finding where to stay was difficult because I did not know where to book. This Hotel location is Perfect for the Falls. you are a short walk to the falls and the tram to the falls. Room was clean and maintained through our stay. staff was helpful for what ever you need.
