Stay Away from this hotel I recently had a disappointing and alarming experience at the Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview hotel. The staff was unprofessional and seemed untrained in basic hospitality standards—moreover, the information about the amenities and services needed to be more accurate. To make matters worse, they robbed people with exorbitant parking fees. The overall experience was far from what I expected, and I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel and choose alternative accommodations. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere.

Best customer service Qassem at the front desk was so accommodating. Upgraded our room as it was my birthday! Beautiful view and great room! This hotel is so close to everything and prices are reasonable. Thank you Qassem for a great reception and making my stay unforgettable!

Great hotel We stated here from May 13 to 16th for a conference. The staff were wonderful, the room was spotless. The water was hot . Room service was great. Close walking distance to the falls and convention centre. Restaurants at hotel were good. We enjoyed our stay very much

Avoid this once decent hotel I used to like this hotel, not anymore. I will NOT support ANY hotel which gives it's rooms to immigrants when there are plenty Canadian homeless in the area. This and The Ramada near the falls are now on my ban list because of this. They have basically destroyed the hotels and the pools are disgusting. Hair flying out of the hot tub jets. Disgusting. I would not advise to go to any of the mentioned hotels

Awful management The place wasn't great to begin with a few months ago when we went but worst the office book us there due to lack of other room available only to cancel on us with little notice. Rude front desk, parking was expensive for the location (who cares the office paid, but still). Hair in the bed left from before...
