Nope never again!!!! I called the hotel earIier that day to let them know we were coming in later the expected, I was greeted with someone who was very rude and seemed like they really didn't want to be there. Once I got to the hotel that evening there was two ladies at the front desk and older one and younger one, neither one was giving me any attention so I walked toward the younger one since the older one looked like she was busy on her phone. Once I stated I was checking in, then the older women finally noticed I was there and asked for my information. I was looking forward to taking a shower/bath The bathroom was gross, I can see along the tub and around the walls where caulk was used to cover mold or holes Idk but it made the bathroom have a gross uncleaned feel to it. We weren't told that the ice machine on the second floor was broken we had to take the elevator to every floor till we got to a machine that worked on the forth floor. the bedroom had a weird moldy smell to it. At breakfast the next day there was so much water in the eggs I didn't know if it was eggs or soup.

Under my Quinta! Excellent experience! Great services…all staff extremely professional and courteous! I will recommend. Very peaceful area and quiet, lots of restaurants and a shopping mall to go and do dinner out! On my recommendation it’s an excellent place to stay. Delicious breakfast everyday…

Don’t bother staying here. Upon arriving, we needed a luggage cart. None in lobby. Waited and waited for someone to return one. Nobody did. Asked if we could use a laundry cart. We were told they didn’t have those! ( so how do you do laundry?!) Zero help was offered to help us get a cart. We got a shoulder shrug. We were made to search the entire building for one after driving over 9 hours. Bathroom tub had significantly leaky faucet. Mold in corners and on wall. Hair dryer was filthy. Daughter noticed roaches in the building! Husband heard employees arguing. Elevator missing 1st floor button. 3rd floor button loose. No certification on display in elevator. If you don’t have someone to push the elevator button for you on first floor, and send it up, you have to lug your luggage down the stairs. Not an easy task when you’re not Hercules! Won’t be staying here again.

Cockroach infested hotel. Warning. If you do not want to stay in a cockroach infested hotel room, then do not stay in this hotel. Got there, didn’t notice anything. In the early morning getting dressed. They were in our clothes and in our bags. When we left we told the receptionist, he just said “Oh,okay what was your room number again…” they know they have the problem, but they do not tell you. How is that fair not to let you know so that you can decide to stay or not to stay? Off course they don’t tell you, because then most people would leave and they would lose business and then they would have to take care of the problem. We had a cockroach running out of my backpack in the airport where we were waiting on our flight. You have any idea how humiliating it is to try to catch and kill a cockroach and see people sitting next to you moving away from where you are? I am so angry with the hotel, and with the feeling that you can do nothing about it.
