Great visit I’ve stayed at this great property 4 different times over the last 1.5 months. Staff is always so friendly, property is clean, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is great. Joe makes an amazing made to order omelet and so kind. It’s family and business travel friendly!

Amazing Stay with great Staff Hilton Honors member here and I want you to know the staff here is amazing. We ended up having an extended stay here due to unforseen circumstances. During our time here the hot breakfast was a huge hit. Macy and Joe on the short order grill were absolute pro's!!! No matter how long the lines got, they smiled and greeted you promptly. The food came out in a timely fashion and tasted great!!! They also went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied with their food. Top notch staff, they deserve a raise... Not to lessen the impact by listed them last, but the front desk staff was OUTSTANDING!!!!! They surprised my wife and I with a little surprise as well for our 26th wedding anniversary, plus we super friendly with our kids... Will be back for sure....

Subpar breakfast, outdated Breakfast subpar compared to other Embassy Suites in the Oklahoma City area. Also outdated. Still one of the better places in Norman though, but does not meet expectations. Do not recommend spending extra money here as newer hotels are being built next door

Zero Commitment to You Even as an Honors Member Sold my confirmed reservation out from under me. Showed up at 10pm with a family of 5 having a room reserved for over a week. They said they didn't have that room available. No explanation other than they are not committed to having any particular type of room available even though I reserved a particular room and prepaid for a room suitable for my family. My 3 teenagers and wife aren't making due with a one bed room.

Nice place. The good things: staff were amazing. Conference center was perfect, nice food and lobby. If you’ve ever stayed at an embassy suites then you know what the rooms are like. The bad stuff: The room stunk. It was bad. My guess is someone smoked pot in the room. A lot. Housekeeping didn’t make a dent. I would’ve thought they would give guests a different The bathroom. The shower is in a tub!For me that’s a deal breaker. It reminds me of old motels. TVs. Both the bedroom and living areas have very small TV’s. They seemed out of place in such a nice room. I’ll guess they are 43”. You can buy 60” for 299 and I think everyone has bigger TVs now. I won’t stay again but I think others would enjoy this property.
