Solid hotel at an affordable price We spent 2 nights here so that we could see the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We chose the hotel since it was one of the more affordable mid range options in the area. Hotel appears to be an older Holiday Inn but we found it to be well maintained and clean. Staff very polite and accommodating. Overall the King bed room was nice.....comfortable firm mattress, firm sofa, large flat screen tv, microwave, fridge, overall plenty of space for a couple. There were a couple of issues with the room...wallpaper loose in a few spots and clearly needs to be replaced...very small bathroom....the heating/ac unit juts out from the wall and is located next to the bed, so if you are sleeping on that side of the bed you have to be careful when getting up to go to the bathroom otherwise you might bump into the unit. Hotel has an indoor pool that we did not use but it looked nice. The on site restaurant (20/20 Taphouse) makes good cocktails and also made a good burger and good Shrimp Po Boy sandwich. Hotel has plenty of parking and is there are few restaurants (including Red Lobster) within walking distance. Hotel is also adjacent to a large shopping mall that has a lot of stores including Macy's. It took us about 15 minutes to drive to the Hall of Fame using local streets...I imagine the drive would have been much quicker if we took I-77 to the HOF. Overall there were more positives than negative with this stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Long couple of days Liked room layout, tiny closet with minimal hangers, cutout in entry wall where luggage rack could be...nothing there(took lamp off desk to place suitcase off floor there)...NO Telephone anywhere in room...wall panels under tv shelf in living area, one up and blocking wiring as its suppose to....other panel just lying on floor against wall....wiring exposed etc...wall lights in bathroom are just exposed lightbulbs sticking out of fancy brass housing, no cover glass on them....and with senior discount we paid $203. a night....Needless to say cannot/well not provide positive review and most certainly well not stay here again...Runaround from Holiday inn that IHG handles all reviews, cannot get one sent from either business.....heck of a way to run a railroad !!! Best 50th Birthday EVER! My husband surprised me with a night out for my 50th Birthday celebration. Everyone at the hotel was super nice, the driver of the shuttle was so pleasant to talk with. Afte dinner a group of us returned to the bar for drinks, the bar service was amazing, the manager and staff came over to our table with a bottle of Champaign and desert and sang Happy Birthday. We will definitely be back, this hotel has the best customer service I have ever witnessed, and to top it off the room was amazing. Thank you for helping make my Birthday Celebration perfect!!!

Great staff, super clean, restaurant is meh. Very clean and super friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were in good condition Dinner was fair, my husband took a gamble and ordered the steak, which was too thin to really take a temp, my burger was decent even though they ran out of tomato and the lettuce looked like it was cooked with the burger. Breakfast buffet was nearly empty when we arrived, but was eventually restocked. The standout of the experience was the staff. Everyone there were super attentive and seemed genuinely happy to help you, which always makes for a good experience. Overall 4 out of 5

Not good for someone with limited mobility, or in a wheelchair I first say, this hotel is very clean and the staff very nice. I requested a mobility accessible room and received one with a Roll in shower. The room had such a shower with exactly one grab bar. There was not a single bar near the toilet. The towel hook was not accessible nor was the shower or very high bed. I am grateful I didn’t fall in that room. There is no where in the shower to put your shampoo or washcloth. The sink was very small and had no counter space at all. The furniture was old and tired. The only redeeming feature was the rate which was pretty low, but you get what you pay for.
