Friendly and caring staff! Stop in at the bar sit back and relax after a long day of travel. If you’re lucky you find Keyara working! Had Excellent service and friendly Keyara made it extra special! Hotel staff very personable and welcoming. Flatbread pizza are excellent.

Great hospitality and employees A nice hotel to stay at. We were here on business and the staff is a pleasure. Keyara is a great bartender making all the great cocktails and suggestions for dinner after a long day. Pete and Shaina were also great bartenders too. Sandy and Jackie are on point with coffee and getting us seated for breakfast. The rooms are clean and have been upgraded once in a while when available. .

The staff is outstanding at the Double Tree Me and my partner will be here for the next 6 months and so far Keyara has made every bar experience worth it! She is helping feel making me comfortable every experience knowing I’m away from home for so long. We ❤️ Keyara ! Sandy & Jackie are amazing too ! They make every morning worth going to work, between their smiles and southern charm . I use to book with Hilton Garden Inn but the staff is worth the change! I will be staying for the next 6 months. Not to mention I’m a Diamond Member for life and the front desk did not hesitate to upgrade my room! Thank you Double Tree Staff !!!

Fun bar experience Keyara at the bar is so accommodating. She made the best old fashioned I’ve had in a hotel bar. She was a delight to talk to, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the bar, because of her. She was attentive, friendly, and fun. I would definitely go back. Additionally, this is the only Hilton property that I go to in the Charleston area.

A pleasant stay at a well maintained Doubletree This Doubletree was consistent with the quality and customer service I’ve come to expect with this line of the Hilton brand. John S was friendly and helpful at check in. The cookies were warm and my room was clean. I’d return. p.s. My only complaint, which is not fault of the hotel - traffic getting out of the hotel onto the main street was bad and there is only one way in and out, so it’s unavoidable. _
