Hotel Stay The pool was available for use but had an issue with getting more towels. There was not enough towels at the pool location but went to the desk to get some and had to wait a long time due to lack of staffing to assist. The rest of the stay was just ok, nothing to special.

Family function I just wanted to write this review because y’all should know how good of a place this is. I came in for a family function but left feeling more at home than ever. Thanks to front desk staff and the manager on call that afternoon when I checked in. I believe her name was Talese but she made sure I got all my accommodations for my room. All staff that I came across was great. Room was phenomenal, very clean and smelt great.

Unprofessional management The Management is just unprofessional and doesn’t handle the business very well. They need to learn what customer service is and try to practice it. In the future do better at treating customers with respect and understanding so the experience of staying away from home will go much smoother.

Staff and managers brilliant A plane load of us were dropped on Charleston due to an in flight medical emergency that wasn't dealt with properly by Tui ( but that's another story). This hotel was suddenly full and the coped admirably, with probably 90% of their guests suddenly appearing with no advance warning. Check in was smooth and all the staff we interacted with were brilliant. Smiles all round. I even got to try grits, and biscuits and gravy for breakfast. We were so impressed with everything we plan on returning on purpose next time. Shannon the manager on our last day deserves a special mention for all her efforts keeping us all informed what was happening and still running the hotel.

Great staff, clean hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, the room was comfortable and the breakfast options were nice. They offer a free shuttle to anywhere in a 5 mile radius, so helpful. What really made our experience excellent was the wonderful staff. Liam and Chaela were so so warm, welcoming and just awesome at the front desk. Our shuttle driver, Tony, was great, carting us to a few places, restaurants, concert venue and back, and even to a Walgreens when we needed some essentials. Thank you to them for making us feel at home.
