Very nice old school style of hotel/resort Very nice old school style of hotel/resort. Had one of the condos in the back area. Very comfortable. All amnesties where there. Fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing that might be an issue is the unit are multi store, need to access with stairs. The lobby and resort had lots of amenities, pool, games room. Restaurant on site.

Relaxing Stay / Beautiful hiking trials Relaxing stay at this super friendly hotel. Very convenient for downtown stores & restaurants. Bonus is it right next to Whittaker Woods for hiking, cross country skiing and using your snow shoes. We also checked out Cathedral Ledge with stunning views on N Conway & Cranmore. Updated gym and nice large pool & hot tub. Our room was comfortable and convince of fridge & microwave. They also have BBQS outside for guests to use.

Mold and mildew, not clean, needs updating I’m not picky about outdated and rustic. But our room was basement damp and mildewy and there looked to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were food remnants under and in the couch cushions, hairs in the tub, and a shopping bag of chocolate in an overhead cabinet with a receipt from ten days ago. Badly torn lampshade (not a big deal, just added to the unpleasantness). I complained and asked to be moved, but there was nothing available in the room size we needed. The woman at the desk, who was very nice and apologetic, gave us a dehumidifier and we also bought a container of damp rid (crazy, right?!) We had to empty the dehumidifier at least twice each day because it filled up so fast! Positives were the playground area, pool was fine, family/game areas were fine. Lobby coffee etc was fine. But something is very wrong with the entire wing we stayed in (the suites- avoid them!) because the whole hallway was mildewy. They had air fresheners plugged in everywhere, so they’re definitely aware there is an issue. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

Don't Do It We arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour drive so we were ready to get settled into our weekend "home". Unfortunately, as soon as we opened the door to our first floor room, we were hit by a wall of the worst musty, moldy smell I've ever experienced in a hotel. I felt immediately that it would be unhealthy to stay in this place, but I set about trying to clean in the room (We brought our own cleaning supplies due to the risk of Covid transmission). As I was doing this, I discovered that surfaces were not clean. The bases of the metal table and floor lamps were rusty, I couldn't put any clothes into the drawers because they smelled strongly of mold. The lampshade on one of the bedside tables was broken and there was some type of splashed and dried fluid on the radiator. The furniture was quite dated (which wouldn't bother me at all if the place had been clean and free of mold). One of the drawers was sagging in the center as though the bottom was falling out of it. The other drawer appeared to have been "repaired" with mismatched materials. The popcorn ceiling in the entry was cracked and near the overhead light. Right away we began searching for an available room during the very busy season. We were finally lucky enough to secure a room at a bed and breakfast nearby. Thank you Cranmore Inn! The desk clerk at Eastern Inn & Suites was apologetic, but not helpful in terms of refunding our "stay" of 2 hr in the moldy room. I've never had an experience like this in any hotel before. To be fair, we traveled with a friend and he said he didn't have similar problem with his room. Either way, I'm shocked that they chose to book a room in that condition. I would not recommend this hotel.

Booker beware - don't be fooled! Worst experience ever! Old, dirty, dark, smelly room and over all just disgusting. Woman at the front desk was very rude. We were booked for 2 nights and only stayed 5 minutes - hotel refused to give a refund! Don't be tricked into staying here. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!
