North Conway getaway Our favorite hotel in North Conway. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The kids love all the bears in the lobby! The breakfast is our favorite, and the restaurant dinner was also wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and outlets outside our door. Our room was clean and spacious, and so quiet at night! It’s amazing how they keep the noise level down with so many young families staying there. An excellent experience!

Summer 2024 Great hotel and great location. Only steps away from the outlets. Excellent service, clean rooms. Only thing I can say that's not great was the time we were there it was loud in the hallways. A lot of kids running and screaming. Not the hotels fault by any means just lousy parenting. Will definitely stay again probably when the kids are back in school. Stay here you won't regret it.

Great location, but over hyped. Staff was average. Rooms were a bit outdated, several items broken. Pool was fun, but filled up fast. Would find something else for future trips.

Perfect All Around Immaculate exterior and interior, friendly and helpful staff, abundance of amenities and comfortable atmosphere. Location is great and its reasonably priced.

Not great. Bad value. This hotel offers two room suites and pools, which is why we chose it to bring our two young kids. 1) The sheets were not clean. The front desk was very friendly and got them changed quickly, however those sheets were also dirty. If the sheets are going to come out of the dryers with hair on them, the staff needs to be trained to run a lint roller over them. Not good enough for a hotel at this price. 2) One of the elevators was broken and contributed to long wait times on occasion. We decided to use the stairs on multiple occasions. Repairing the elevator did not seem to be a priority for hotel management. 3) The pools were WAY overcrowded. Clearly, they are not sized properly for the number of guests. 4) In the movie theater, they roll in a tv instead of using the projector screen. This is a bit picky, but still not a good look. Is the projector also broken? Who knows. Just not up to our expectations for the money. We habe been to much nicer hotels for LESS money.
