Great Hotel at a Reasonabhle Price This has become one of my favorite hotels in Vegas. Since it's in North Las Vegas, it's so much more quieter and you avoid the hustle and bustle of the strip. The rooms are spacious and beds are quite comfortable. There are plenty of food options right in the hotel and the casino itself is much more appealing than most on the strip. They have a great parking lot, which is definitely a plus. Although the pool was not open when I was there, it does look quite enticing.

Excellent Excellent hotel. We have been here once before and will definitely come again. Our reservation was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The staff is amazing and very cordial and accommodating to guests. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

Terrible Customer Service Customer service is awful. I called two times in one night to extend my stay but no one answered. I called the next morning 2 times and no one answered. I then proceeded to call on my personal number and no one answered. Good luck trying to get in touch with the front desk.

Great vibe We were staying on the strip but had a car rental and have been checking out off strip casinos. Will come here again! $10 face up pai gow! That’s our game. Dealers were so nice, pit boss gave us a free deck of cards when we’re were done playing. Staff and dealers were very friendly. Yes I said it twice cause the staff blew us away. Free parking. Cinemas. We are from Canada and have been to Vegas 15-20 times and have finally figured out out off strip are the places to be.

Extremely Disappointed 90 out and pool closed for season 90 degrees out and pool is closed for the season with no mention of it when booking on Expedia, Highly disappointed, scheduled our anniversary stay off strip so we could relax by the pool during the day that was so highly advertised on the website only to find it’s closed. Why would you not post that on your website? Very misleading. We had hope to relax during the day, get our evening gambling in and dine in the many restaurants without having to leave the site. Pretty much ruined that plan. We also had friends coming to hang out for the day and join us for dinner tonight at the Market steak house. Had to cancel the day plans with them. One other side note if your thinking of choosing this place. No coffee makers in the rooms, you have to order room service or go down to Starbucks. Small thing but highly in convenient. We will make do, Casino is nice, room is clean, figuring out this morning where we can venture out and relax.
