DON’T STAY HERE! Unsanitary and Gross Room was clearly not cleaned as dirty linens and trash were found in sofa sleeper and trash was found left behind as well. Moved to a new room and found more signs of not cleaning all over including hairs left in bathroom (picture below) We were thoroughly disgusted and given points which did not make up for the experience.

Kindness and Courtesy count at this Marriott! What an excellent experience with the staff at this Marriott property - Crissa and Kenny (?) were fantastic to work with. I am so appreciative of their professional courtesy and concern. Sometimes life gives you lemons - they helped me create lemonade during a difficult time with my elderly mother who is in hospice care. In these times - globally and personally - it is such a gift to have kindness. I am blessed to be a Marriott BonVoy member! Thank you to the management at Residence Inn Little Rock for creating an awesome team.

Excellent Service It's the little things that make life so much more enjoyable! Crissa Farmer, you set the example of excellent service for the Hotel Industry. My mother turned 85 and Crissa picked up ballons and decorated the mirror with Happy Birthday Molly. What a treat for my mother. When Mom needed Tums and the Hotel was out, she called the Hotel next door and saved me a trip. I've stayed at other hotels and just needed an extra towel, blanket or coffee and had to wait for hours to get one, not here!

Amazing stay Amazing stay! Staff went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I had to stay there for work and I was pleased with the stay, the room was amazing, nice amenities as well as a great location close to downtown.

Staying the night After driving for hours, we just needed a place to crash the night that would accept pets. As soon as I walked in I noticed the hotel decor is dated. The women at the front desk were AWESOME! They were so helpful and friendly. After getting in our room we were both excited and disappointed. Let me start with the good: room was huge, bathrooms were clean, beds were so comfy, and our room had a kitchenette. The bad: couches looked gross, the chairs were torn on top, kitchenette was coated in sticky who knows what, there was black mold on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, and old washed blood stains on one of the comforters. The breakfast selection was pretty decent considering most places are only doing breakfast bags if at all. The woman who puts out all the food was doing an awesome job of constantly restocking food items that were empty. Although I’m grateful they were the only dog friendly hotel available, I don’t think I would stay there again.
