NO Customer Service! First of all, the front desk staff have no personality and act like they dont wont to be there. I booked a suite with capital one points, we got 2 double beds in a suite. I went back to ask for a king which was a $50.00 upcharge while the rooms beside us were king and empty our entire stay. The air conditioner broke which was immediately fixed. Asked for a late checkout, best they could give was 30 minutes, but had all the empty rooms and checkouts. At checkout the man told us we had to move our car across the street which was gated and could not get in without room key,the parking lot was emptying out, so that didnt go over well. However the room was very clean, in a great location, hotos restaurant was great and wonderful, friendly staff, but friendliness and customer service sucks at the actual hotel!

Over priced and over hyped So, this place had its prime in 1998 but that time has come and gone. Long gone. The whole hotel is very dated. The room was sparse with an uncomfortable lay out. Everything is very dated and dirty. I refuse to sit on the couch in my room- it is gross. There is some kind of nastiness on the foot spread of the bed. There is very limited outlets in the room. Just dank, nasty, uncomfortable. For what this is, the price is way to high.

TERRIBLE front desk staff The front desk would not let my ONE friend up with me to my room who travelled along side me on this vacation trip to go get her belongings that were in the room. The front desk made me give them my phone just to go up to my own room even when I showed them my room keys. They refused to let her go up with me to get her belongings and kicked her out of the hotel. I even asked if they could go up to the room with us for her to get her belongings and they refused. They would not even let her sit inside to wait for a ride to pick her up. The front desk lady said “bye get out” and continued to say curse words whilst my friend was crying because she did not have a way to get home besides walking by herself. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I work at a hotel and have stayed at many places like this before and have never in my life experienced such bad hospitality. If I EVER talked to one of my hotel guest the way they spoke to me I would have been fired on the spot.

good news and real news The good news first.. the hotel is ocean front... now the only okay news. The property is very dated. Our room was 11th floor, view was good, but the elderly sofa was the only seating in the living room. Plastic deck chairs and table were in the corner. No coffee table or other chairs. Microwave wasn't working as well as the electric outlet in the kitchen area. We had to move the coffee maker beside the couch to find an outlet that was operational. Had to ask for hand towels and wash cloths. Refrigerator couldn't be adjusted and froze the food stored. Hot tub wasn't hot, merely lukewarm. But it is ocean front.
