Not satisfied. There was water all in the floor when we entered room. Told the front desk and gentlemen said he would mop it up. Never did as far as we could tell so we did what we could with towels. Found it was coming from fridge. Contined to leak until fridge got cold again. Please stop turning the fridge off between visits. It makes no sense.

Yuck The room is damp. My feet got black on the bare floor. Lube stains (or similar) on the bedspread. Some of the lights don’t work, plugs fall out of outlets. Sad prison lighting with these awful bright white LED lightening. The upside: a Fantastic gentleman working at the front desk.

Very nice, even in high season At the end of the myrtle beach busy season, I was expecting some issues, but there were none. Very clean, well kept. Good breakfast. No maid service for multiple night stays is pretty normal at this point in time, so that was not unexpected -- easy to get extra towels, etc. Fast, password protected internet.

quality inn needs to change name. the prices they charge, the experience should have been better worse hotel I have ever tried to sleep in. need to have larger, more comfortable beds. better service for the guests. we had to go to the desk to get clean towels twice. no room Service. breakfast did not start till 7:00 a.m.

Limited Amenities When we arrived we were told that there would be no housekeeping during our stay. We would have to go to the front desk for towels or other items. This would have been good to know when booking. The hotel was dirty with common trash cans not empty. The room was on the 5th floor but was damp with a musty smell. Front desk gentleman on Tuesday night July 21 and the lady on the front desk the morning we checked out on July 23 were very personable and helpful. I wish I could say that for the rest of the front desk staff we encountered.
