Novotel Toronto Hotel North York Novotel hotel is a good distance from Gatwick airport, trains are availabe to north york. The hotel is in a good location and 5 minutes walk to the train station ,from this train station you can travel to other places in Tornoto daily cost of 13.50 dollas which covers all trains and buses for the day, Novotel hotel is a lovely place they take a deposit of £150 Dollas but get the money back the day you leave the hotel All the staff are friendly The room I had was great a really good size with 2 double beds in and a great view from the window There is large wardobe with clothes hangers ironing board and a iron small fridge hot drink machine and a safe TV on the wall, shampoo conditioner shower gel, shower cap and face and hand wash are provided The room was cleaned every day and fresh Towels are provided, There are a few faults I thought that breakfast was included in the price we had paid the staff did not mention any thing to me about breakfast when we arrived and booked in so the morning after arriving I had to ask a member of staff to be told no breakfast not included The staff never mentioned that we could of booked up for breakfast, in the breakfast room they have so every morning we went out early to get breakfast else where, I only found out the morning we left the hotel There should have been a notice in their reception area notifying their customers that The swimmimg pool / sauna is out of action as work is being done in the building There is a sign on the 5th floor by the lifts the floor we was staying on saying working being done in the building but does not say what work is being done so we decided to have a walk and found out the swimming pool and sauna was both out of action due to work being done , we were both disappointed as was looking forward to using both these items never mind The Restuarant had a notice board up advertising 3 course evening meal the Dinner was 45 Dollas . I kept looking and noticed the same meals were put up every night on the menu board All the meals that was on their menu contained lot of spices, we both do not eat spicy foods so as we do not eat spices we had to eat out

Toronto Visit Very good clean room. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff serving during breakfast. They’d go to any length to get you what you need even at very busy times. The last day we were offered pastries to take away ! The lady cleaning our room was lovely and kind , if we asked for anything for our comfort it was provided. The location is quiet compared to the very central Toronto but at the same time near enough to Union Station for exploration by various means of transportation. We will be back!!

Great location with friendly, helpful staff Great location! I had a 3-day business meeting for 45 people at the Novotel North York in June - great experience! Everyone on staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful, and food (both restaurant and banquets) was quite good. Although the A/V is a bit dated (screens and projectors from their vendor instead of built-in monitors with HDMI cables), it all worked out well. Plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and being in the North York Centre not only provided great underground access to the shops on Younge Street, but there is also a Subway station (very reasonable rates of CAD3.30 one-way) to get downtown in about 30 minutes vs. 40+ minutes by car

Amazing The restaurant and bar has been the best service and has been for the past year! My parents love to come here and bring me every time I come from New York! Ghenet provides the best service and conversation - makes it feel like home! Would recommend!

Fantastic business stay Overall a great business stay, would definitely stay again. Wonderful front desk staff who really anticipate your needs, a special shout out to Maria who made my stay feel personable from the very start. Even housekeeping staff is lovely and friendly, always greeting you in the elevator and asking what floor you're trying to get to. The room was renovated, so it was quite nice in comparison to the pictures shown. I was on the 18th floor - very clean and nice views. I quite liked the layout of the room, it was both functional and versatile with a cushioned bench that doubles as a luggage rack. You can easily move the table in the room around to make more space if you need to do a work out and the desk in the room allows you to face both ways. Would have loved more USB outlets though. In terms of area, lots of coffee shops and restaurants around to pick from and a 15 minute walk from the TTC to get down town. Feels quite safe too.
