First time with horrible visit and bad customer service Horrible stay restroom was not flushing and was told there were no other rooms so just use restroom like that and engineers would fix in the morning. Water was to top and family of three. That was front desk solution or just go downstairs and use restroom.

A fantastic hotel I must say this is a great hotel. What made the experience so good was the staff. Every one from the front desk to the bar to house keeping! Everyone was so nice. The room was awesome as well. I would stay here again for sure!! Keep up the good work, 5 stars!

Friendly staff but sub-par accommodations. Doubletree Norwalk The pros: 1. The staff are extremely friendly - wait staff, front desk, and housekeeping. Amazing group of people working there. 2. The restaurant is very good. Limited menu but everything I tried was delicious. They also seemed very accommodating to my friend's gluten sensitive diet. The cons: 1. The room is dingy and feels dirty, especially the carpet. It's dark and the lighting is limited. The air conditioning is total hell that rattles to life and is SO extremely loud and disruptive. Whether you're trying to watch a show or sleep through the night, the air conditioner is totally brutal. 2. The hotel common areas smell as well; there is a musty smell all over - probably due to the humid climate combined with carpet throughout. They run an ozone machine in the hallways that helps with the musty smell but then creates a whole new problem of faux perfume/potpourri smell that can be quite obnoxious. 3. My TV remote was extremely frustrating. Lol. The So-so 1. The bed is okay. Not super comfy but decent for a hotel bed. 2. The in-room coffee isn't bad, for hotel coffee. 3. Bathroom has everything you need and felt clean. The tub was nothing special but the shower pressure is very good.

Disappointed My family and I hosted a birthday party at this location in August. The sales coordinators are only nice to you when they want your money. After that, they were rude on the day of the event. I sent our frustrations to the GM and he never responded. Outside of the event, the hotel claims to be non smoking but there was a HEAVY presence of weed. The room my parents stayed in had a leaking sink. We also asked for a crib for my 4 year old nephew and instead we were given a broken play pen. The rooms are just ok. However, the front desk staff was very helpful when needed. Also big shout out to Jovita and Bertha for helping us set up & take down during our event! They were the best! Overall, disappointed in the coordinators & GM. We will not be coming back.

Don’t waste your time and money! I called and booked with the hotel. I was told that parking would be free. I traveled from Texas to California to visit family near Norwalk. When I checked in I was notified by the rude from desk supervisor Jimmy that I had to pay for parking. When I finally went to my room, it was not clean, carpet stains on floors, bathroom counter was not cleaned. I requested clean towels on my second day. The staff member rolled her eyes at me when I asked for clean towels & to have trash taken from my room. I left after three nights. I never have been so disrespected at a hotel. To add insult to injury my car was hit in the parking lot that I had to pay for nightly parking. Please don’t put your family or friends through the trouble of staying at the Doubletree Inn in Norwalk, CA
