Last minute change of plans We had been scheduled to stay in Queens(chinatown) flushing...but there was nowhere to park my truck safely (well to me anyway)..so I reached out to Zero and there was 2 rooms left.it was more money than I had intended on spending for the night but it was well worth it...great property Hope the restaurant is as good as the rest when it ooens

Cool but rough sheets Very cool hotel with a great vibe - Absolutely love the bathroom but the sheets were very rough, I had asked for a king and ended up with two queens, and I was not expecting to be woken up at 6 AM by a train! Also the only place to sit and eat was right next to a very cold A/c

Great hotel, worth the stay Absolutely stunning hotel butted up to a cute river and some train tracks. This hotel is right off the highway for quick and easy access to whatever your trip has in plan. Beautifully designed room with up to date features, the hotel itself is extremely clean even with a parking garage! The staff we’ve experienced so far are all very friendly and well knowledgeable of their jobs.

What A Great Immaculate Hotel & Staff ❤️ I rated my experience a 5/5 but it’s more of a 6/5 because it truly is that amazing and has been on the multiple occasions i have been here! The staff is so so kind, personable and professional all in one i can’t even put it into words. Best home away from home, as well as the hotel being absolutely beautiful and the rooms being immaculate and comfy!! This is by far one of my favorite places to stay at and that says a lot because i have been too a lot of hotels_ My favorite solo and couple get away! While also being super family friendly!!

Great value, location & accommodations We booked an overnight stay for a family funeral and they graciously let us check in early. They were fast and efficient and friendly. They also lent us marker to write something for the funeral. May not sound like a big deal but they were very nice
