Girls trip Amazing ! This was my third time here and it never disappoints! There was 6 of us and 2 had never been here before. We were warmly welcomed at the door and the front desk. We were able to check into one of our rooms right away which made things so much easier. We needed a refrigerator for a nursing mom, and it was brought up right away. The massages were heavenly, we relaxed by the fireplace before and after and had some nice drinks, We had a package that included the massages, dinner and breakfast. All were great, The dinner was delicious, but the best part was our waiter Ni Shaun. He was so friendly and personable. He was so helpful and sweet. Never lost his patience with all of our questions and choices. The best part was he was also our waiter for breakfast-we were so happy. What a nice young man. I can't wait for our next trip up there. They truly make you feel so relaxed. Everyone who works there is so friendly. The food was amazing and the rooms were so comfy and cozy.

Simply Perfect! A friend and i wanted a quick girls overnight and chose the spa because I have been there many times before and always enjoyed it. It was our first excursion post-covid, and we both felt very safe. The inn is immaculately clean, the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food at Kensington was absolutely delicious. The only downside is we weren't going straight home, so couldn't take a doggie bag. The spa is wonderful, and Jade was an excellent masseuse! Everything was super clean and hygienic. The room was large, we had 2 queens and the bedding was so comfortable, I got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Not what it used to be! i am a repeat visitor to the Spa at Norwich Inn, having gone there about a dozen times over 15 years. However, the last trip this past weekend (June 5-6th) has me rethinking about ever going back again. I had a pedicure appointment for Sunday morning and was notified at about 8:00 am on Sunday that the technician called in sick so they had to cancel my appointment. I asked about using another technician and was told no one was available. I then asked about having a different service and was again told they were completely booked. So I was out of luck in having any kind of service on Sunday morning. And we were leaving around Sunday at noon because you need to check out at that time. So basically I am staying at spa without being able to partake in any service...which defeats the whole purpose of going to a spa. For the record i also had a mediocre facial on Saturday afternoon. I used to very much enjoy my visits to the Norwich Inn. Now, not so much...

Blissful day at the spa We had an amazing day at the spa. Everything is in perfect condition. Staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the meditation room, the pool, steam room, hot tub and sauna before our treatments. Treatments were top notch. Lunch at Kensington’s was delicious. Lounge chairs by the fountain under the trees were the perfect place to get sun and relax. The only thing I wish was improved is their online booking system. It’s a little clunky and outdated.

Beautiful resort and Villas Fantastic luxurious extremely clean and well-maintained one bedroom villa with a Murphy bed downstairs. Can’t wait to go back! The grounds are very well-maintained, staff extremely friendly and close to major amenities including Rhode Island, mystic, Stonington, beaches and casinos
