Beautiful hotel and great food. Beautiful resort. Excellent food, nice rooms, great service. Not for people who have problems walking. Not enough accessible washrooms. Not to large of a resort so you can get to everything easily. Bar pool is the most fun. Restaurants do not need a reservation, just go down by 6 pm and you’ll get a table.

Classy Hotel My first time in Mexico, and first time at an all inclusive, and first time with RIU. Hotel was simply stunning, and our suites were even better than shown in the pictures. Staff was so friendly and polite, and food excellent.

Beautiful Resort We really enjoyed our stay at the Pacifico Palace. The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. Liked that it is only an adults only resort. Staff provided exceptional service. Booze was great! A couple of negative points. Food was not as good as other RIUs that I have stayed at. Buffet dinner themes seemed very repetitive during our week stay. ie; Latin, Mexican, Spanish, Cuban. No straws for the frozen cocktails. My wife would of preferred to have a straw to sip on their frozen cocktail.

Family Vacation The room was beautiful and everywhere in the hotel was very clean. The beach was soft sand, good to walk on and the ocean was clear, no seaweed. All the restaurants were very good and we especially enjoyed the Steakhouse. The breakfast and lunch buffets were full of a variety of choices and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed participating in the dance and excercise classes with Yamile. We picked up the bags at the Towel counter to play cornhole on the beach and had fun. Unfortunately, the staff only turned up one day to organise. We were disappointed with the entertainment and the music for dancing to, did not start until around 10:30pm which was too late for us.

Fabulous Riu Palace Overall very good. Food was good. Buffet a bit disappointing for dinner compared to other Riu Palace resorts. Mexican a la carte was least favourite. Loved the close proximity of everything. Go back to old fashioned way of Bingo!!
