Nice, pleasant stay! We had a really wonderful stay. This was our first time staying at this particular hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised. Here are the specific reasons that we rated it 4 out of 5: - The staff is very friendly and accommodating. - the hotel is in a nice location with ample parking (no $50 per day valet parking like some hotels) - the hotel is in a great, secure location with lots of nearby, restaurants and entertainment, such as a movie cinema - The hotel is DoorDash-friendly, deliveries were left right outside our hotel room door without us having to go down to the lobby to pick them up - the hotel has a wonderful, inviting smell when you first walk in and throughout the hallways - the lobby is always clean and beautifully decorated, with complementary chilled water with fresh lemons for your convenience - The hotel had the amenities that we needed, such as a microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, and ironing board - the bathing essentials were of the same brand – this may seem like a small thing, but sometimes hotels use several brands of lotion, soap, and shampoo, which can be offputting because it gives the impression that they just found some old travel size toiletries to stock the bathroom. This particular hotel had one brand of amenities, which is really nice. - the bed was very comfortable - the TV had a wide a selection of available channels. The only reason that we didn’t give it 5 stars is because our hotel room was facing the parking lot and the lights near the flagpole shined directly into our room, and there were no blackout curtains. There were only sheer white curtains and some decorative curtains that could not be closed. We also took a few photos of some items that should be addressed (although they didn’t affect the quality of our stay): one of our bath towels was ripped, there was a hole in the window screen, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed between the bed and nightstand and the multi-plug charging port was sticky with dust/moisture that needs to be cleaned.

the hotel hasn't aged well and hasn't been adequately maintained The hotel desperately needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The bathroom shower door had soap scum/hardwater buildup from months/years of use. The track for the shower door was filthy...black mold and crud buildup. The tv didn't work well, channels were mislabeled and the remote was iffy. We requested the rooms be cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. Out of the 3 days, the room was serviced once. Although the bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh, I couldn't help wonder if the mattress and carpeting were as nasty as the shower. We stayed there because of having had an excellent experience years ago, but the hotel hasn't aged well and hasn't been adequately maintained.

Incredibly disappointed. Sheets had not been changed! My husband and I stayed in this Hilton Garden Inn this past weekend and I have never been more disappointed in a Hilton property. The night we arrived (after being up since 3am), we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and how run down it was. This included big scuffs on the walls in different places, small items under the bed, dirty furniture, and general grunginess. The worst part was when we pulled the sheets back to get into bed; it was quite obvious that they had not been changed!!! Disgusting. We called the front desk and the gentleman was responsive and kind and had someone bring new bedding (for us to change the bed). He also asked about compensation for us and since we were already in pajamas needing to get into bed, we asked if we could resolve that at checkout. So, when we asked at checkout, we were told that it had already been taken care of. However, in checking my account, apparently the compensation for the 2 night stay was 2,000 points to my Hilton Honors acct. We had used points for the room (half of which I had paid for). If you're familiar with HH points, 2K is nothing. As a partial aside, earlier the day we checked in, I cancelled a reservation at another Hilton property near the one we finally stayed in because the reviews were so bad. Previously, Hilton was my brand preference for traveling. Not anymore.

Stayed for a wedding Hotel was fine, we stayed there for a wedding. It's certainly in a convenient location, lots of restaurants, etc in the immediate area. Onsite restaurant was good, no complaints. Seems like an older hotel, could definitely use an update. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Would probably stay there again when in the area.
