Best Hotel in the Burbs! We stay at this hotel/resort 2-3x per year minimum. We love it so much! The staff are all so kind and helpful. The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Both the indoor and outdoor pool are well-kept, comfortable and fun! I have zero complaints. We always have the most wonderful time! No where else in the suburbs can you get served frozen peach bellinis while sitting IN the outdoor pool! We’ve also attended more than one wedding at this resort and they’ve all been stunning! The staff here really go above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back.

What a find Every aspect explored was better than expected. I just discovered this property accidentally. I'll certainly rebook next month. Great staff and facility.

If you're looking for a good night's sleep, don't stay here. An otherwise beautiful property nestled on a golf course with amenities galore is also party central, especially on the weekends. Sleep is impossible due to extreme noise emanating from frequent large parties in a tent directly outside the hotel. Attempting to stifle the loud music with earplugs is a joke; on two evenings, until midnight, the walls of my room were vibrating from noise outside the building. My complaints, both in the moment and the next day (to management) were met with scoffs: "this is a resort and conference center". So we're not allowed to sleep in it? I travel extensively and have been a loyal Hilton Honors diamond for years. I'm not afraid to spend money for quality accommodations and service; among other extras, I used the hotel's dry cleaning/laundry services twice and ordered room service on several occasions during my annual sojourn. My HH profile has led with a request for a "quiet room" for decades. As I begged for some degree of compensation for two nights' lost sleep, hotel manager Mary literally told me I'd be better off looking elsewhere. So I will, and you will too, if you value your rest.

Special spot - spectacular team! What a spectacular team and special place! Each year my family and I select a spot to enjoy some quality time together - this hotel exceeded all expectations. We checked in the day of the CrowdStrike outage- what a challenge for all involved. This team handled the situation with grace, patience and a positive attitude - which speaks so highly about the leadership at the Hotel. It’s no wonder so many come here to celebrate something significant- the place and team spark magic! What beautiful grounds and amenities! -We enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool vibes and got a little competitive on the new pickle ball courts! The food and drinks were also fab! Grateful for the memories!

Terrible service, cost cutting everywhere. Hilton Diamond Member. Received no upgrade. The woman who checked us in was new and inept. She was unable to confirm the room rate or that I was using points for part of the stay. She needs training badly before being unleashed on the public like that. There was a bug on the bed first night. Executive lounge is not open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday which makes it useless for Diamond members. They did offer a breakfast in the lounge 7 days a week. It was very mediocre, sort of like a Hampton Inn experience or less. We did not try the on-site dining since the breakfast was so poor it seemed likely the dinner on-site would not be any better. The safe in our room was not in working order. They don't service your room unless you request it, and even then they may not service it. We requested towels and service at 8am. When we got back to hotel room at 4:30pm NOTHING had been done. I happen to find a cleaning lady in the hall and requested our room be service which she promptly did, but to expect the guests to track down the cleaning lady for service is an EPIC failure. The elevators in this hotel are AS BAD AS IT GETS. Only 1 was working the first day. You might as well order a drink at the bar because you are going to be waiting a really long time for the elevator. 1 elevator had duct tape on it. There were 4 elevators but only 1 or 2 working each day. Clearly this has been an issue for a really long time and they continue to cut costs and ignore it. Tried calling guest services one day and it just rings and rings and rings, no answer. They did offer free parking which is the only good thing I could come up with. This property should fire all the managers. Hilton will likely remove their name from it soon once they realize how poorly this property is managed and how poorly it reflects on their reputation.
