Don't stay here if you need wifi Don't expect much. Cons: The Wi-Fi was flat out unusable, the room was dark, dated and a little depressing, breakfast was marginal and in a small room jammed with people. Pros: One of the best AC units we've seen in hotels like this (it kept the room very cool all night without being super loud) and the beds were really comfortable. The place was sold out yet it was pretty quiet. So that was a plus.

Gateway to Yosemite Incredible stay! We stayed 3 nights and travelled into Yosemite. The facilities were clean, spacious rooms and good amenities. The staff were super friendly and a welcome pack of snacks provided on check in. Check out was seamless. Breakfast included and was delicious, good variety. Nice hot showers and solid Wi-Fi. Highly recommend for those not wanting to stay in the national park. A great small town, with plenty of places to eat within short walking distance

Disgusting. Avoid at all costs The staff were rude, unhelpful and downright dishonest. I accidentally booked the Sunday night by mistake as I wanted to stay on the Saturday night. I realised that I'd made a mistake within a few minutes of booking. I got in touch with the hotel immediately and they told me they could not amend the booking or refund it. They also said they couldn't offer me a room for the Saturday night even though they actually had plenty of rooms available. Sadly i still had to rebook a pay AGAIN for the Saturday night. I tried to get a resolution with the staff but they just blamed everyone but themselves and said it was their policy. Yes, i understand that hotels have policy in place but what about common sense, customer service and fairness for someone who made a simple mistake and brought it to their attention within minutes. Really really disgusting and greedy. Avoid at all costs.

Bad service We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We arrived late in the evening. The receptionist did not accept our voucher (too complicated for her?) and forced us to pay once again. We had a reservation for 2 rooms (1 for 2 and 1 for 3), but we got 2 rooms for 2 persons. So our3 children had to stay in a far too small room with 2 beds….The next day problems were solved by a colleague.
