Not a desirable place even if it were free Horrible rooms are beat up not a good experience I won't return hopefullly they get it right for the rest. But to do that you would have to start from the ground up.Because nobody there seemed worried about me or y the other patrons rooms need a lot of work staff me eeds to treat people with respect and not be so unacomadating.

Treated us very poorly and unprofessionally If it were possible I would leave -10 stars. I am involved with lawyers now, because we made an "advanced purchase" reservation at this location, for which the payment was never charged and the reservation did not show up in our extendedstay.com account... we were under the understanding that we did not have a reservation, yet weeks later we were charged 1000s of dollars anyway as a "no show." The policy clearly requires "advanced prepayment" which we never provided. We called to have this resolved, and they treated us very unprofessionally and hung up on us as a response. I would advise that you stay as far away as possible from this place.

DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES - INFERIOR QUALITY Filed Complaint: EXTENDED STAY AMERICA ATTORNEY GENERAL, BBB & now will file with BROWARD COUNTY DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES - INFERIOR QUALITY - POOR MGMT & CUSTOMER SERVICE Was provided an inferior quality room w/damaged, broken items - beyond what any individual would ever call "ACCEPTABLE". Rusted (handles, bathroom door frame, access boxes in bthrm above sink, stove top burners, metal pipe under kitchen sink, rusted ventilation fan, no filter in overhead kitchen hood, night stand handle horrific, light fixtures on wall & freestanding lamp on desk) visible water damage in the entire hotel room - thus the RUST. Peeling dresser that came up to my knee, broken shelf for luggage, faulty loose electric switch to bthrm – loose “inside” wall – retrofit shower – tub and shower hardware – loose from behind retrofit, extremely poor WI-FI & CELL reception in this room and entire front part of hotel (back side of Hotel no issues – except occasionally)- unable to take part in zoom & microsoft teams interviews, etc... Mgmt Staff never came up to my room nor inquired about what I called "damaged" shortly after original check-in. Nothing was documented by Mgmt at that time. There was a new person working by himself that evening – I even had to come back in a 3rd time and ask for a hang tag for my car – and helped him thru it on how to fill it out. Approx 14 nights later they both knocked on the door next door - loudly trying to get the attention of whoever was staying there - I opened my door and said - I believe they left around 5am – I was woken up. Then I began to tell Angela & Chris of the issues. She did not ask to examine the room - only wanted to make sure I was not going to leave her a NEGATIVE review - intimidation - extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, CHASE found in favor of Merchant. I was given $183.04 as a "shut you up" courtesy - but then it was taken back - reversed. Now I have been told by CHASE BANK since it is only about “QUALITY ISSUES” you will need to reach out to the merchant yourself to retrieve the refund from them to pay us back. Extended Stay America NO REPLY. CHASE BANK chose to not read the documents provided nor did they review all of the many pictures provided. They are suppose to be there to PROTECT THE CONSUMER. Why would you want to stay in a hotel where repairs and updates and maintenance need to be done in EACH & EVERY Room while you are staying there. Most Disturbing!

Extended StY America Ft Lauderdale Cypress Creek N. Andrews Not a new hotel. As 2 disabled people we were disappointed to learn no working elevators. The shower curtain dirty, microwave had not been cleaned. There were empty bottles of liquor outside. They were guests sitting outside doing drugs. I spoke to KY the manager and I was really shocked! My gosh, KY charged us nothing. I offered to pay for 1/2the nights of 23 we had booked but she saidno.I am Positive KY will rectify the situation and I will try again. I suggest call first about elevators. Thankyou KY. The customer service was outstanding and the help we received reloading car. Julie. Montana

Absolute Dump My wife and I were cruising out of Miami the following day and needed a place to stay for the night after flying into Ft Lauderdale. The first room they sent us to was already occupied by what looked like homeless people. The second room had used band-aids stuck to the walls, blood stains on the pillows, paint peeling, bed missing a leg support, lamps with no bulbs, toothpaste stains on bathroom wall. If we had a car we would have slept in it.
