Overpriced and Worse stay ever in my travels The accomodation is defínetely overpriced for what it is Rooms , furniture and facilities are old, shabby sometimes broken, and service really no up to standard (Broken parasol, swimming pool was meant to be open at 10 and was never open before 11) The hotel is allegedly pet friendly but actually is not pet welcoming: they made us pay 500 pesos extra per night for the dog bu-t they didn’t give us a bowl, or water or a small pillow for the dog but especially she could not come to the outside terrace with us while we were having breakfast, she was not allowed and she had to stay tied outside under the sun and they put us in the worse room of the hotel, upstairs from the laundry just because we had a dog, even though the hotel was empty and every morning I would be woken up by the workers there at 7am

Charming and Cozy My husband and I ended up staying here for close to two weeks! It was the perfect seclusion we wanted. Thai hotel is an oasis with amazing heartfelt service and attention. The room we stayed in was near the pool away from the main hotel and dining. We were so comfortable that we ordered room service (great food!!) and stayed in some days to fully relax and recharge. We will definitely stay here again! The owners are lovely people and even helped with my DHL shipment. The team go an extra mile to make guests feel at home here. We have nothing but positives to share about this hotel :)

Perfect It was the perfect stay. The rooms were large and comfortable, the food was good and the pool and gardens were refreshing. It’s in a nice area 15 minutes north of centro where the air is cleaner and quieter. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property Very nice property. Restaurant has good food and very tranquile atmosphere with the court yard garden. Staff needs a bit more training. A bit awkward with staff dinning at restaurant and ignoring guests. Should have 24 hour front desk service. Not a 5 star could be a four if service issues are resolved. Rooms are comfortable but would consider them 3 star. Bartender was vey nice and attentive.

A great hotel The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding is OK. The inside of the hotel (rooms, restaurants, facility, etc) are excellent. It's easy to travel by the local taxi. The hotel staff is efficient in calling a taxi for us.
