Cabana Motel

Worst place ever. Stay elsewhere! This motel is HORRIBLE. Mold , dead flies all over, grime built up… yes it’s a “motel” but there is a standard to cleaning. I don’t expect bells and whistles but I do expect clean. The amount of filth in the room spoke volumes. We even asked the gentleman upon booking if it was clean and he assured us it’s cleaned as well as all places. WRONG… do not stay here. And the promise of a “Refundable” is bullcrap. We ended up not even staying and they refused our money back. Poor cleaning, poor rooms and even worse customer service.

Terrible Absolute worst motel I have ever been to. The shower had layers and layers of caulk over mold. The room was tiny and just as dingy as it gets. The whole place was built out of what looked like scrap materials. There were no towels or toiletries. The AC broke or flipped a breaker and there was no attendant the entire time we were there. We checked in at a motel down the street and then that office was empty the rest of the weekend. No one answered the phone or returned our messages. We paid festival prices and ended up sweating through the night and being completely miserable.

NO REFUND BEWARE: I Booked online through hotels.com, the booking says fully refundable until 1-Aug (72 hours before the stay date), I canceled my booking on 20-July (14 days before the planned stay) but never got a refund. my CC was charged 2 nights the moment I booked on 19-July. I called Cabana , they said the refund should come from Hotels.com!! the transaction on my credit card clearly states that the funds were deducted by Cabana Motel. Hotels.com said the refund should come from Cabana Hotel. NO REFUND so be VERY CAREFUL

Vacation It was great _ the only problem was the TV _ didn't work the first day but it was corrected and I had no problems after that. Great location a block from the beach you have restaurants and shopping centers in walking distance

WORST HOTEL EVER Hotel was not clean, dirty rags left in shower from previous guests. Fridge was not cleaned, rotted and disgusting, old drinks left behind. Roof leaked,woke up to flooded floor. Broken wall. Staff called our room the “pussy room” did not get a refund when they had no room for us to stay in after our room flooded from the leaking roof. Do not stay here, not covid safe does not follow covid precautions if anyone knows how to report covid violations please let me know because this hotel was highly disgusting and not cleaned we were definitely exposed. House keepers were wearing street clothes and backwards hats and entered our room at 8 am without permission or identifying that they were staff, it was very scary and unsafe.
