very disappointing Hotel was very terrible. Room was dirty smelled of mildew and carpet was very very dirty unfit for human habitation. The toilet bowl had black mold in it bat tub had mold too.patio was very dusty too and lots of ants .Air condition did not work on our last night. In all I was very disappointed the mere sight of the reception dimmed our vacation mood. I have been wandering if hotels in ocean city don’t get inspected by the authorities.

DON'T DO IT Beds were the only thing that weren't gross. The whole building is a dive. The elevator going up to our room should have given indication to bail. Everything everywhere was just dirty, outdated, neglected. Bathroom floor covered in black curly hair. Common area/courtyard - unkept. Felt like your typical OC dive boardwalk hotel you stay at as a teen. Seemed like tons of employees, yet no one cleaning anything. Stormed last night there, rained outside and inside the room. Thank goodness the leak was in the closet and not over our beds. Pictures inaccurate online.

Big disappointment Hotel is difficult to navigate Maps would be nice.Smelled of weed.I made reservations in February for 5 rooms on same floor being together, of course that didn’t happen. Big disadvantage of having to travel through the outdoor bar to get to the pool. We couldn’t even use the pool on Monday 6/17 due to a promotional event the bar was having Our so called private pool was invaded by anyone that attended the event Young adults drunked up, back flipping cannon balling throwing alcohol cans into the pool this went on for 5 hours Again wasn’t able to get in the pool that we paid for! Parking is a nightmare don’t dare move your car if you have a close spot or you’ll be walking a block away. Ac in my son’s room didn’t work. Definitely not a family oriented environment Worst experience ever in Ocean City.

Accidently booked extra rooms There was a problem with my credit card when I booked my 3 night stay. I accidentally booked 2 extra rooms. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful in rectifying the problem quickly and efficiently, and refunded the amount in full. They were polite, and the customer service was excellent.

More bad than good. The room was good, beds were comfy. Bathroom was very small with not much room to move around. I had to call down to the front desk to get maid service on the 3rd day. The trash was overflowing & we need fresh towels. When we came off the beach the shower room to rinse off was locked, so we had to rinse off in the pool like everyone else. The pool was always full of sand. We will not stay there again.
