Not happy I already wrote a review but apparently it was deleted, stayed with my wife ,payed extra for an oceanfront room and asked for a room above the third floor because you can’t really see the beach from the lower floors, also mentioned it was our wedding anniversary only because it was a question they asked during booking. When we arrived I wasn’t recognized as a member, they actually couldn’t find my name at first, finally found it was told we were on the eighth floor, sounded great, top floor. Get in the elevator, walked down the hallway to the door ,everything great until we opened the door and was hit in the face with a stale musty smell , dull worn down carpets peeling wallpaper and an air conditioning system that does not cool the room down. Went down to the front desk and told them about the situation and was told that is how the air conditioning is and they couldn’t move us unless a manager okayed it, I asked twice, never heard back from anyone so I gave up. The bathroom needs to be renovated badly, we had a couple of cracked tiles in our shower, everything was just rundown, back to the air conditioner it sucks! We left the sliding door open and the screen in whenever we were in the room ,even at night or else it was warm and stuffy in the room WITH THE AIR ON, it was the only way to cool the room down. The view was great and the amenities were nice, we didn’t use the restaurant, they charge a lot of money even in the off season I just feel like I got ripped off, not happy with the stay

A lovely getaway From the ocean front view to the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed, the use of the facilities, we enjoyed a perfect stay. Plenty of towels, updated interior of the room, working appliances with ample dinnerware/cutlery in the kitchenette. And of course we loved the balcony to relax on in the mornings and evenings. We will be back!

Off season getaway The location of this hotel was awesome and the staff was great. We enjoyed the view from our room and the sound of crashing waves at night was relaxing. The hotel staff was very helpful in recommending places for my wife and I to eat and for directing us to parking for access to the boardwalk. We would highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback is for pet lovers (like us). The hotel is not pet friendly.

HI My experience at the actual hotel was good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, when booking the hotel the day before our stay I was directed what I assume is a 3rd party site. I was charged the advertised room rate of $208 and then $125 in taxes and fees. I immediately called the listed # and was told it was non-refundable. This may not be your direct issue but your hotel chooses to us this operator. We will not be back nor would I recommend your hotel to anyone else

Fall beach weekend break Excellent room. Great ocean and pool views. Friendly staff and pleasant restaurant with Italian menu. Pool and especially the hot tub were outstanding. Fitness room. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was also available to eat in the restaurant or to be taken away
