NEVER AGAIN will I stay here!! DIRTY! DIRTY! and SMELLY! Arrived 7/17/2021, underground entrance was filthy! Room on 5th floor supposedly remodeled, room small, bathroom nice, clean but NO TOWEL RACKS OR TOILET PAPER HOLDER, we hung wet towels over the curtains, dirty windows, hallways filthy and smelled, it was awful, ice machines empty and dirty most of the time, worse part was the second fire alarm at 3 am on 7/18/2021, we went down fire escape and it was not even open to the ground!! Everyone had to turn around, go back up to the 5th floor and down the steps, this was the second alarm in about 12 hours. The only thing halfway nice is the pool. Our room was $1,750 for the week for 2 people. Not worth it! It was an experience I will never forget.

Do not stay at this place! The hotel is very outdated and needs a remodel, it was filthy and did not meet expectations. Room service didn’t bother to check in to see if you needed anything and front desk employee was rude. Our ac and fridge did not work and when we told the employee they said they would tell maintenance and it never got fixed while we was there. The room smelled moldy, We also had two fire alarms go off within 15 hours of each other. Parking is also 2 blocks away, it’s not at the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

My Little Piece of Paradise I go every year. Ocean front rooms (not sure about others) have been updated and have all I need. You will not find a better pool (size) and grill in OC. The fact that waiters come to you make it even nicer. Being on the Boardwalk is a major plus as well. It's absolutely my "go-to" for Ocean City.

Memorial Day weekend Great experience! Room was clean and people were super friendly. Room was dated but bathroom was remodeled. We were able to check in early, and had our pick of what floor we wanted. We will be back again!!

First trip Away this year We had another great trip to the Plim Plaza this year! We go every year but of course didn’t make it last year. We got to relax and chill by the huge pool deck and pool bar. We really miss the hotel mascot/parrot DAKOTA. So sad to hear about his passing. I painted a rock in his honor. There were a couple things that could be improved upon. The maid service knocked on the door on our checkout morning at 8:30 am . When we answered she said - “Sorry”. Checkout isn’t until 11:00 am. I thought it was odd. She then knocked again at 9:30 and when we went to the door to see what she wanted, she said, “Oh, never mind- sorry”. At around 10:50, she used the key to come in but I was still in there gathering my last couple things. It just felt a little “pushy” to me. I understand she was just trying to hurry up and get the rooms cleaned but there has to be a better way. I was sad to see the the pool bar no longer has salad. I was trying to make better choices at lunch but they took salad off the menu. I would also hope that they would add iced tea to their menu. All-in-all a wonderful trip.
