Trent Scott Family Reunion *****Trent-Scott Family Reunion****** We came up for our Family Reunion. We really enjoyed the property and the view. Ms. Gerri and the staff were great! We will definitely return when we are in the area. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.

Opinion I observed way too many people( families with children) that were not guests using the pools and the restroom facilities. This was a major concern of ours and other guests that we talked to. At hotels similar to this one, a room fob key is required to access these facilities. One other note with two outdoor pools it Would be a huge benefit for one pool to be 18 and older. Positives -- very clean hotel and grounds. I observed at least two employees constantly Sweeping and mopping the entryway and elevators. And sanitizing !! Our room was acceptable, minor cosmetic issues. But the refrigerator was a huge plus !!

Weekend stay My boyfriend and I stayed here. For the most part it was OK. We had a room with two double beds and the first night went to get into bed and noticed what resembled a poop stain on the sheet. More than likely it wasn’t but the point was the sheet was filthy and still used. Reported it to the front desk didn’t do much about it except send housekeeping which didn’t arrive till 2:00 the next day to fix it. Every towel we had was stained. Not very good housekeeping experience.

Good average hotel on the beach Good average hotel room on the beach. Booked an ocean front room. Nice balcony room on the 6th floor. Just under $100/night for two nights in the middle of the week which is reasonable. Room was clean and spacious. Has full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher. I didn’t use the latter two but nice to have them there if needed. Will go back there again.

It was OK. Overall it was OK for a weekend. Nice pool and hot tub inside. Two huge pools outside. Nice ocean view. Now the down side. The bed did not have a fitted (bottom) sheet. The TV remote didn't work, and the phone didn't work. When we checked out we reported the issues to the front desk and got blank stare and an 'OK'. The front desk needs to learn the definition of hospitality. Both treated us like,"Oh great, I have to work now."
