Great Location, Perfect Suite for Sharing with Friend Booked a king pool side suite for myself & 2 kids, along with my friend & her son. The set up was perfect for sharing the expense of a room, but still having some privacy with our beds separated in different rooms. The room was clean; old, but clean. The water was hot & had good pressure. We did notice at one point our door wasn’t locking, so be sure to double check after you pull it shut! The location can’t be beat. 5th st on the boardwalk, though the suites were set back behind the alley which wasn’t a big deal to us. Dunkin’ Donuts and Hooters are right outside your door, along with some other good little places to eat. We didn’t have trouble finding parking in the main lot. The pool bar food was ok; I wouldn’t spend your money there on food unless you were extremely hungry like we were on day 1. Great frozen drinks though!! Someone had a random party there on a Monday night, which was loud & obnoxious & not kid appropriate. I would never book a pool view again, as the music every day was loud. There is no room service. After asking for towels on day 1 & them not being delivered, I opted to get my own on my way from the boardwalk back to the room at the front desk. Not a big deal to me. There were only 4 towels in the room to begin with, but we were booked for 5 guests. I’ve found all of this to be common with any hotel in the area. Overall not a bad place to stay, and we would book again.

A Lot Of Money For A Dump The positives: Great location, Nice front desk & cleaning staff! Negatives: No security on the street entry stairs. Stairway smelled like urine! Had to change rooms because our 1st room stunk! Rust! Refrigerator had to be unplugged because of the noise. Blockout curtain & wall plug in need of repair. Our 3 nights cost close to $1000!!! My advice: Stay somewhere else!!!

We will never stay here again! My family and I stayed here 3 years ago before they renovated. We had a nice time so we decided to stay again. I can’t believe how things have went downhill. You can tell that the staff and management just don’t care. The place is filthy, I didn’t even want to swim in the pools because they were so dirty. The general upkeep of the place is lacking. Our room was not ready at 4, we had to wait around in the hallway while they finished our room for a good 35-40 minutes. Even then, the room was still kind of dirty. The microwave plate was covered in food and the curtains and furniture had stains. Also, there is no peephole in the door which seems like a common sense safety measure. There is no safe in the room anymore, despite having one 3 years ago. One of the biggest issues was that a personal linen item was removed from the room and we had to keep asking workers to look for it. Finally, a lady from HR was at the front desk and looked in the laundry room, she found it within minutes. On the plus side, the beds were super comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Overall, we had a very poor experience and will NEVER stay here again.

Sad Experience I am saddened to write this review because I see so much potential with the location and room size of this hotel. However, my recent experience again included issues the took away from our time and added expense to our trip. The space of the room was great, however there were knobs hanging down or missing from the furniture. The furniture was filled with extra linen for the pullout couch leaving no space for putting our items. The microwave had a hole burned in the back of it. (It was replaced promptly when I mentioned it.)The kitchenette faucet had a piece missing causing the spout to spray in a wrong direct, which was also corrected. No paper towels or other to dry the dishes we washed with the dish liquid provided. Unfortunately, the mini frig did not have a way to adjust the temperature and all the food we took the time to prepare and package FROZE. We lost about $40 of food and had to eat meals out for the next two days. This cost us about $150 we hadn't planned on spending. Ice is non-existent in any of the machines which had been a problem when staying in the past too. We only had two towels. for our stay which wasn't even close to meet what we needed. Pool had some towels available but the pool water was murky. New chairs were put out under the shelter at the pool with cushions the day we came, but hotel guests were sitting on the new chairs with wet bathing suits and throwing wet towels over them. There is no security to get in the building or up in the hotel. Feels very unsafe. Beds were comfortable. This hotel has the potential however it appears no one is coordinating or assessing the rooms for damage appliances or other problems including just fixing knobs. Sad for those working there and trying to keep all afloat, however when checking out, no interest was expressed when we mentioned issues with the room. I won't be coming back. I don't live this way at home so cannot accept this trying to vacation and paying pretty high rates for this experience.

awful. disgusting at no point would i ever book this hotel it is not on the boardwalk it is not sanitary and there is no manager on site ever (per the employees to fix anything ) don’t get caught booking here for the money you’d be better sleeping in your car . it’s not clean and there is no support staff . no amenities . again no help from any employee as the non existent manager wasn’t available for days on end . beware if you book . scam all around
