Nice, clean hotel, but not on the beach Very nice, clean hotel, comfortable beds, updated, typical breakfast. I expected it to be on the beach for some reason, but you had to walk long way to get to the beach. The rooms do not look over the water. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I like the QR code to tip.

Great spot, better staff! Really nice to have an option to have a double king room with a "loft". Spacious and clean. There are some updates that could be done, but great location and FANTASTIC front desk staff. SAM at the front desk was awesome, he helped me with whatever I needed and was super friendly-so important to have someone like that represent your company.

Great Front Desk service The hotel and breakfast were fine. But I particularly wanted to thank the front desk staff (Maria, I believe) for handling a hearing-aid battery charger that I inadvertently left in my room. She found the charger and boxed it up and dropped it off at UPS on her own time (after I had emailed a postage-paid label). Thank you so much!!

Horrible Toilet broke and flooded our room and front desk said they were short handed and gave us a plunger and extra towels for us to clean up. She also refused to give managers name and then had us leave 2 days into our trip. Be careful staying here!

Do not waste your money We stayed at the ocean shores location in the hot tub suite with ocean view and fireplace. I want to say do not spend the extra money. Yes you have windows to see out to the ocean but can barely see because windows were dirty, we had to open up windows to get somewhat of a view. Fireplace was extremely loud and random it would be quiet and then make a loud bang sound followed by loud humming. We needed this on to get heat while windows were open to see ocean. Hot tub in the room was disgusting we did not even enjoy it. Bed was so bouncy and uncomfortable we both woke up with back aches and barely got any sleep because if someone moved the other moved. Went to go use the indoor pool and there was yellow tape down the middle and looked not safe so we never went in. Went to enjoy the breakfast in the morning and the lady prepping stuff was coughing and not covering her mouth and never saw her leave or wash hands after. She never wore gloves either. So very sad about this experience because I know my DH really tried to make this trip special. I will include pictures.
