Rip Off This place is a rip off. I made a reservation and had a change of plans. When I tried to cancel within their policy, they referred me back to the 3rd party booking service. Long story short, they kept bouncing me back and forth, with no response when I emailed them directly until it became too late and they charged me for the overnight stay anyway.

Don't waste your money Terrible place to spend your money first room was dirty with a leaking window seal that they knew was leaking because they placed towels there amd left them for days apparently because it smelled of mildew and mold. We then got moved into a 2nd room that was still dirty and had no toilet paper in room with feces in toilet and a hole in the bath tub. We finally got settled for the night went down to breakfast that was ok but went to sit down and almost had the top of a table fall down on my kid. They are letting this hotel erode away with no plan to fix it you can tell when you walk the halls how bandaged this place is. There ocean views suck compared to other hotels nearby and when I say you can see anything unless your in a specific couple rooms

I almost didn’t come here because of the bad reviews We stayed here about 3 years ago- think it may have had had a different name then, and it was fine. The reviews nearly put me off but I’m glad they didn’t. This is a worn but clean budget hotel. Nice warm pool that even I can stand getting in with my grandson, good hot breakfast including eggs, bacon and sausage; my room, at least, was updated recently. My main complaint was that the ice machine was either broken or empty, as were the drink machines, so we ended up going out at night just to buy water.

Worst night ever The pool and hot tub were out of service and we were not told until after check in and it was to late to cancel. We were told that they were calling people to let them know and I guess they didn't get to us. Once in the room, we found that there was no WiFi, all I could find on my Laptop, phone and tablet, was the OLD hotel name (Morning Glory). Also in the room all of the hotel information book was the old stuff, Morning Glory binder, letter head ripped with the address at the bottom, all still with the old hotel name. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. You could hear all of the people talking, stomping, arguing, and running in the rooms around us. Worst night ever! The front desk staff was so unprofessional. She had her 3 kids behind the desk, ranging in the ages of 6 to 12. They were just goofing off and playing around. Even the morning staff, it was a woman with her sister as her employee and her 3 kids. 1 age 4, was sitting in one of the chairs of the dining area having a fit, while the pre teen in was sleeping on a couch in the lobby. The older teen was at least helping with cleaning up the dining area.

Depressing, rundown property Yuck! Run down, poorly run, WAY overly priced and neglected property. We had the top tier suite with ocean views and the view was also of a giant garbage receptacle. Ugh….Room wasn’t stocked with basic things, front desk was anything but helpful and the elevator was sometimes working and mostly not. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
