Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms

Oceanside best !! Great location near I - 5 exits. convenience to and from the airports. Less than 40 miles to the famous San Diego Zoo. Near all the nicest beaches and restaurants. Nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. The Rooms are nice size with fridge and microwave.Bed are soft and comfy.

Robbed and Lied to Me and my family checked in on Sunday. We got 2 rooms because we are a large family. On Monday evening we went to a family members house for dinner. When we returned we found 1 of our room doors was open. We discovered it appeared someone entered our room and took a shower. Used my daughters shampoo and conditioner and tooth brush and then went through my son's clothing and took some. Also disposed of an old pair of shorts and underwear. From the time i reported this to management they showed they did not care. One worker even laughed at me. They not only showed no empathy or care for the situation they even told me they ran the cameras back and told me no one was in my room. When I asked how did someone else's belongings get in my room and my items disappeared if no one had gone inside the manager said "you tell me?". Then to make matters worse after going back and forth the manager told me there was no one else I can speak to and matter of fact he was going to "evict me" from the hotel. I asked how is that possible when we were the ones victimized ? I called the police and filed a police report. He refunded me 2 nights we had left of our trip however to find another hotel for the remaining 2 days so short notice has cost me double of what I paid there. When I called hotels.com to file a complaint, he lied to her stating he ran the cameras for hours and found nothing. I am attaching a screenshot. The total cost of my trip for 2 rooms was $1600 and refunded me $420. A few hours later the police called me and stated they DID find evidence of someone entering our room at around 730pm. Only 2 hours after we had left, although he states he watched 6 hours of tape from the time we left. It's clear they do not care about you or your family. So much so instead of admitting fault or offering any type of solution he lied and "evicted" me and my 5 children from the hotel with no where to go in a city far from home. The rooms are outdated and smell anyway. Give your business to some place that actually cares about their customers.

Very Clean Great Service Great Value near Beach and Great Restaurants This was one of the most fantastic hotels I have stayed in in years The staff was very professional and Courteous And treated me with a smile. My room was cleaned every day Doing my 5 day visit By Chewy and Maria Ramos Very close walk from the beach and many restaurants Also has free breakfast in the morning And is a very clean hotel Staff is very friendly and professional Great value for the dollar

Best Western Plus Oceanside hotel is wonderful Wonderful property and associates Well maintained. Great hotel rooms. Super clean. Towels sheets furniture bedding all perfect. Great location. Very accessible to I 5 as well as Coast Highway. Perfect for everything and everyone This is the place to stay every time you have the opportunity.

Good breakfast ambience. If you are in the area and you stay at Best Western, make sure to eat breakfast. Maricela will make you feel like you are at a family owned diner with excellent service. Never have I seen someone so carefully making sure everything is clean and well stocked. The only complaint was having to eat with Fox News on TV.
