Great little place! Steps from the beach. Easily walkable around downtown. Good size rooms. Pool and hot tub. Free breakfast. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The only negative are the towel holders...because the towels don't dry well on them. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location, high quality and amazing staff! Our family are repeat guests at this hotel. Upon arrival our room is always ready and clean. You can not beat the location. The trains are not much of a nuisance unless you are a light sleeper. A special thank you to our favorite front desk manager, Sanja for always making every effort in hotel accommodations.

Perfect location for family vacation! Perfect location for family vacation near Oceanside Pier! We have a 2-queen bedroom on the 2nd floor facing the train tracks! The room is spacious with ref, microwave, and coffee maker! Linens, blankets and pillows are clean and well kept. The bed is firm and pull out sofa is well-maintained. We’re provided with ear plugs in case of Twain noise… but we never used it. The room was well insulated. The staff are all nice and welcoming! Thanks to Sanjay and Jeannine( reception), both are awesome! Full breakfast is also served: waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, oatmeal, coffee and juice + more! They also offer beach tools for rent, like bike, surf board, etc. It’s walking distance to Oceanside Pier! They charge $35 for valet parking.

High quality, great location. Amazing service Stay for the location and the high end facilities. Roof top pool is awesome. But let’s face it, in today’s difficult business environment it is near impossible to deliver high quality service, Spring Hill team does not miss a beat. They are all smiles and cheerful service make staying here a pure pleasure. Thank you. Keep up the fine work. The GM SHOULD be very proud of the team that he/she leads.

Costly Disappointment The location is excellent, except for the train tracks. The room was not properly supplied to accommodate 4 guests. We found the complimentary water at the front desk. The beds were not comfy and the room was not set-up well. The pool has cracked tiles all around. The sauna water was disgusting and cloudy. The patio seating was stained and dirty. The very expensive valet lost our car and ruined our day trip. They offered us someone else's Lexus several times. When they finally found the car it was under my sisters' deceased husbands name. How and why we don't know. It added to the gloom of the day. We were offered a complimentary 1 night return stay during off peak season with blackout dates! We paid peak season prices for this insult. I have stayed at many Marriott locations and have never had such a terrible experience.
