Nice place, but could be better. Stayed there Tues to Friday in a 2 bedroom with partial view of ocean. We typically stay at a VRBO on the beach. Room was nice. Staff was friendly. Had jet tubs in master tub. Standard condo timeshare type room. Close to beach and lots of other things. Thursday street fare was cool. The 7th floor SkyView lounge, is a quiet place you can full oceanfront views where most guests don't go. We went up there and had bagels and coffee one morning and no one bothered us. Probably be nice if you brought some drinks at sunset. Things we didn't like was the pool was overcrowded for entire stay. Parking is $40 per night which is excessive. Water pressure for the showers was terrible. Also, the pillows for the king size bed were twin size which shouldn't happen ever at a place like this for the price you pay. Bed was comfortable. Also, can't stream or cast Netflix movies to TV unless you bring your own device to do so. That would have been really nice, and is something that should be available at a place like this.

Awesome and beautiful! That was one of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed in, and it wasn’t even that expensive. It has easy access to the beach and nice restaurants. The layout of the rooms is brilliant, and the community areas are a nice bonus. The staff was helpful and fast, and parking was easy.

Horrible, didn't get what we asked for... My husband and I had the worst experience this past Sunday, November 19, 2023 at the Wyndham. We've been to this timeshare several times before and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this time was an absolute disaster. I'm utterly disappointed. We made a reservation over a month ago for a 2-bedroom suite, specifically requesting the room with a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. This tub was the main reason for choosing this location. So, when we arrived and found a 2-bedroom unit without the promised jacuzzi tub, instead with a walk-in shower and kitchen appliances positioned unreasonably low, I was beyond frustrated. Returning to the front desk, I was told that I was assigned a "mobility unit" meant for wheelchair-bound individuals. Apparently, this was indicated on my reservation. Why on earth would I, not in a wheelchair, be given a room tailored for mobility requirements? The staff simply stated they assign these rooms when others are unavailable. They completely disregarded my request for the jacuzzi tub, which these mobility rooms lack along with a master room closet, something I wasn't informed about earlier. Their solution? A vague promise to notify me if another room became available. I was livid! Within 30 minutes of checking in, we checked right back out. Threatening a negative Yelp review garnered zero reaction from the indifferent management and staff. Now, I understand why – the existing Yelp reviews paint a grim picture of your establishment. Timeshare guests often choose based on amenities, so it's crucial to explicitly state when a reservation diverges from the norm. For instance, a "mobility unit" translates to no jacuzzi tub, no master room closet, and inconveniently low kitchen appliances. One would think these rooms would be reserved for those who genuinely need them, like individuals in wheelchairs. But no, it's all about profit over principles. The entire experience was an absolute disaster, and shame on Wyndham for their blatant disregard for guests' needs and expectations.

Great Location and plenty of space for family! We stayed in a comfortable 2 bedroom room and had everything we needed for our family. The checkin is high pressure timeshare pitch to get what you need. We already own but the pressure didn't stop. Was a little disappointed in the game room only having ping pong. Location was excellent!
