Convenient location but so so basic We stay there often to visit family but even though we are used to all the “weird” things there such as you only get 1 roll of toilet paper, only one face towel, most time only one bar of soap sigh....we are a bit over having to take cold showers most days. We tell management and they said it is because everyone is taking a show, yet is does not matter when you take a shower, you rarely get hot water. While it is not an expensive stay you would at least like to take a hot shower and have towels in your room! I really do not feel like we get our value.

First stay here Spent just one night here on my way south. Nice Fairfield Inn. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and simple. I got the room type and location I requested and the stay was peaceful and restful. Had a little trouble with the right side exterior door not wanting to take my room key but it worked after a few tries. Also, this is in a very busy retail area with tons of fast food options around but no nicer restaurants. I had hoped to be able to walk to a place for dinner but had to opt for fast food instead as there was really no place around. I even drove down the road a mile or so but did not see anything.

Family Reunion held at Fairfield Inn & Suites Ocoee The staff at this Hotel went over the top accommodating our large family reunion of 94 guests. We booked over 15 rooms and used their conference room, dining area and lobby which was so relaxing of an event and convenient for all coming from out of State and Country. Just wanted to express our sincere Thanks to Naderia, Marianne, Cheryl and all the Team for their wonderful job hosting us all and making our Reunion a HUGE Success!!!

Don’t get me started on the burnt hot water they serve as coffee. So this is probably the nicest hotel in the area but that doesn’t say much. The surrounding area is not a good area. They utilized wall paper to cover a hole in the wall instead of repairing it. And the AC unit made a dripping or ticking sound the whole first night. Couldn’t sleep. Called front desk who sent maintenance to repair. Wasn’t fixed and basically kept me from sleeping my 4 days stay. Water in tub was dripping and looks like has been doing this for so long that it’s actually wearing away at the tub. Breakfast is what you would expect from free continental hotel breakfast but they did have gluten free options and it was clean so that’s a plus. BUT don’t get me started on the burnt water they call coffee. It’s in the lobby all day which would be nice if it was drinkable. Don’t worry there is a Dunkin and a Starbucks within driving distance.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! I must say I never stayed at a Fairfield inn before. I was there for a dance competition anc this was the hotel that everyone was booking at. Not only was EVERY PERSON I’ve came in contact with that worked there were so friendly the place was immaculate! The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel as well. I actually wanted to ask what kind of mattress they use and if all Fairfield inn use the same, best hotel mattress by far. I will be staying there again and will keep it in my notes for future competitions in Ocoee.
