Enjoyed our stay Staff at the Holiday Inn Express were friendly, welcoming, and recognized membership status. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was good. There was a nice hot breakfast with a lot of choices. Make sure to get a cinnamon roll; they were delicious! Recommend this location.

Great Stay Check in was quick and easy, staff were helpful and pleasant. The property was clean, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Typical Holiday Inn Express layout, fridge and microwave all clean and working well. Shower was clean, hot and water pressure good. Breakfast was well stocked, and very tasty. Restaurants nearby, but downtown O'Fallon Illinois was such a cute, quaint town. we had the best BBQ at Shooter's! Would defiantly stay again.

Room not clean. Urine on the toilet seat. Don't stay here! We checked in after 10PM. We unpacked, got ready for bed..then noticed dirty socks on the floor under the desk. We went to use the bathroom & there was urine on the toilet seat. We cleaned off the toilet. I mentioned this as we checked out & they just gave us a blank state. Don't stay here!!?!

Wonderful stay! I have stayed here a total of two times, each about 2 days. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful, getting me checked in quickly and putting me on the third floor on the days that I would be sleeping during the day. Breakfast was wonderful, although with those cinnamon rolls they have how could you go wrong. Nice selection of breakfast items. Rooms were comfortable & clean which is very important to someone who has allergies. Adequate linens & shades that did a wonderful job of blocking the sunlight. My only complaint would be the housekeeper that vacuumed the hall around noon each day not that he/she knew I was sleeping.

A definite yes Very well kept hotel. All the staff was very friendly. Rooms setup was nice. Plenty of outlets for phones and computers. Pool was used and very clean and warm. Crackle Barrel and many other restaurants a block away. This will be are “Go-to” when in the area.
