Not a good experience Drove fives hours to get here during our road trip. We settled in and then hit up the gambling. I don’t do regular gambling but I like the sports book and watch sports. Well, this place doesn’t not have it. They have a bar but it’s in the nightclub portion of the casino and there’s a dress code. Dress code?! I’m a hiker. I don’t have dress clothes. Also, the parking lot is sketchy AF. Security here seems like they just got out of high school. So far, not a good start and I made a mistake coming here. Go elsewhere if you can.

Gone down hill. MAIN PROBLEM NO FREE PLAY ANYMORE OR FREE ROOMS. Don't go this place sucks. I use to like this place before 2019 not nowadays. NO FREEPLAY ANYMORE AND DON'T HAVE ANY GOOD MACHINES. FOOD PRICES HAVE REALLY GONE UP. MOST OF STAFF REALLY RUDE. WHY GO TO CASINO WITH NO FREEPLAY? AND NO COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS.

Seems to be headed wrong direction... I stayed here a few times previous and found it clean, welcoming and comfy. Regrettably, things were not so good this time. Reception staff either had a poor attitude (Autumn) or fairly incompetent (Adrian). Danielle took my reservation over the phone and told me she would do everything to try and get me and east-facing room. When I checked in, she had not made any notes at all about my request. It was a struggle to finally get an east-facing room, and this was mid-week. Several problems with the room....no microwave, coffee machine broken, A/C thermostat broken (Adrian said he would send maintenance, but no one ever showed up. Also one of the bath towels smelled like pee. Lastly, I had to call down to get the wi-fi password since it wasn't offered at check-in. On the brighter side, the enchiladas at the restaurant were terrific, and the side of crab legs were good as well. Also important to note that the room, and hotel in general seemed clean. Still, that will not balance out the other stuff I mentioned, so will not be staying there again until I see better reviews. Disappointing, since I really enjoyed staying there previously.

Great stay Beautiful layout. Hotel room was clean, spacious and had all the usual amenities. Used the pool first 2 days and it was very refreshing, it was closed the next day, unsure why. There were 2 options gor eating in the casino which were ample for us, the casino itself was smoke-free which was great, we were able to chose pokie machines easily as it wasn't crowded, and there were free sodas and coffee. Pam on reception was amazing and is an asset to this hotel, it was thanks to her that we stayed 3 days. Overall highly recommended

NOT an "Ohkay" Place at ALL! Absolutely a complete disaster if s property. Desk staff couldn't figure out h ou w to check us in as prepaid guests. Couldn't find a luggage cart. The "cantina" is nasty as can be. Seen better food served in a county jail! AC did not work in room. Hallways on 2nd and 3rd floor are like ovens. Feral dogs in the parking lot snarling at people at night. (I am serious!) Side entrance to the hotel is left open with no need for room key to open it. Anyone could simply walk in and assault people on any floor of the hotel. Casino clients ogled my daughter and followed her to her room. There is absolutely NO management at this property. Under no circumstances should you stay here. It is filthy and unsafe.
