A Wonderful Stay This hotel had wonderful rooms and a wonderful staff. Customer service was outstanding and every employee was more than willing to help out anyway they can. Never heard of a Sonesta before my stay, but this one made it my favorite.

WHAT A FABULOUS HOTEL...!!! Only our 3rd visit to a Sonesta – but we are already fans. This one, whose footprint reminds you of a Residence Inn, has everything you need and for a very reasonable rate. We were grateful to GM Lindsay for the Sonesta Rewards elite member upgrade to the roomy 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite (King bed in the loft with a shower, 2 double beds off the living room’s double-doors with a bath tub). Only the loft window opens for a breeze, though no screen. Fitness Room has free weights, machines, water dispenser and a scale. Outdoor pool has plenty of lounging chairs. Laundry room is by credit card or coins ($1.75 wash/1.50 dry). Breakfast is a Grab ‘n Go bag, but there is coffee in the lobby at 6 a.m. Special thanks to Alex for getting us checked in so fast and easy, and Tiffany for being the first big smile everyone sees in the morning for coffee. Good show, Lindsay!

Very nice This was a very good place to stay. Nice inside and out. Very friendly staff. Thumbs up all the way around If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it. They will treat you like family. Rooms are good and cool and smoke free.

My personal opinion I really enjoy the stay. I was there for school and everyone seemed so we'll rehearsed in there job. The professionalism demonstrated from the head of staff to the maintenance was emaculant. thanks for the hospitality

Comfortable accomodations Our stay at the Sonesta Suites in May 2021 was one of the best hotels experiences ever! We had never heard of Sonesta but it came up in a search for extended stay accommodations in Oklahoma City. We called the hotel directly to get details and were given a run down on every amenity by the friendly, patient and informative Lindsay Olson, the hotel manager. She promised a clean room, and comfortable beds. She was right on all counts. We chose the room with a loft which was just like having a small apartment. It had a small sitting room with a TV and a full kitchen including full sized refrigerator, range and dishwasher. There was a dinette table also. We were still concerned with Covid health issues so were happy to be able to make some meals in the kitchen which was stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware. The bedroom off the sitting room had 2 Queen beds and a TV. Off of this bedroom was a full bath. The loft had a King sized bed, large screen TV and additional bath with shower. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The decor was bright and attractive though not recently updated. Maid service was available upon request (due to Covid guidelines) but we were able to get fresh towels and clean linens at any time through the front desk. Garbage was picked up on a regular basis. There was no complimentary breakfast buffet due to Covid health regulations but each morning a breakfast bag was available with water, fruit muffin and granola bar. There is a pool (which we did not use) and a coin operated laundry which is very convenient for those with an extended stay. Parking is free. The hotel is located near shopping and many restaurants and conveniently close to the interstate entrance. Throughout our stay we interacted with most of the people at the front desk. Thanks to Lindsay, Ginger, Tiffany and Alex who made our stay so pleasant. We will definitely look for Sonesta hotels on our future trips.
