No outside bar When we take my son back from Nebraska to his mother's house in Texas, we make the drive all the way down and about 1/3rd of the way back. By the end of the drive, we definitely need a drink! Lol I gave this property 4 stars....or I guess circles to be more exact. We love the location, love the property. The staff is attentive if you need them to be. The rooms are very clean and nicely set up. Here's the negative: we booked this hotel specifically because of the outdoor bar. It was closed. I can't tell you the level of pissed off I am about that! I looked at 3 other hotels within walking distance of this one that are at least as nice, but they didn't have an outside bar so we chose this one. Joke's on me I guess! Don't get me wrong, the bar right inside the front door is high class with a great staff, but that's not what we came for. At the end of the day we still enjoyed our stay, but I'm still pretty torqued about the outside bar not being open. So if you're looking for a really nice hotel with a great inside bar with a great staff, this is the place for you. However, if you see this place has a nice patio bar and that's why you're booking here, expect to be at least a little bit disappointed because it seems they just show up whenever the hell they want to!

Too expensive for a dated facility. Beware the building is located downtown which is really nice with great views of the city. You can tell that the actual facility used to be top notch. Now however you can tell it’s past prime. Upon arrival we noticed trash on the floor and what looked to be blood in the toilet. The bathroom door looked like it had been chipped away then the painted. A room for 50-60 bucks a night maybe but not over 150.

A safe selection if you need to stay downtown The location here is really everything. Right downtown, close to Bricktown and TONS of bars and restaurants. Most of the time, given where my work takes me, my best options are usually a Holiday Inn Express or maybe a Home 2 Suites if I am lucky. So it's nice to stay at a Sheraton which is clearly a step above the bargain brands. This is NOT an brand new property, but it's well maintained and the staff has been really helpful so far. Planning to dine in-house tonight and will review their restaurant after dinner.

Frequent business travelers know what good looks like and this is not it. Read and carefully consider negative reviews - I wish I did. Checked in and found a used COVID mask under the desk Selected this hotel anticipating being able to use suite upgrade certificates, having access to the club and being treated well with Titanium status. On arrival I was told they do not have suites (not true), the club was closed (true) and all rooms are exactly the same (not true). I was given breakfast certificates as 'compensation' for the closed club - there were only 3 certificates which would allow me or my wife to use the certificates but not both of us. After a long discussion, the desk manager said she would apply my check-in 'gift' and allow us to have more certificates so we could both have breakfast and that was the end of my bonus points. The desk manager explained the problem was on account of being short of staff - apparently this means no club and not being able to provide breakfast certificates without extracting my bonus points for staying at this hotel. We went to the room and my wife asked what was under the desk.... I looked and found a used COVID mask. After another discussion with the front desk we agreed to stay and moved to a different room. The new room was bigger and better - which is good and bad as it is apparent that despite elite status you will not be given the best room available when you check in - if they would have given us this room to start we would not have found the used COVID mask and we would not be writing this review.

Great location, nice hotel Our room itself was nice (just a standard king, I believe) and the overall hotel was nice, though we didn't see much of it. The location was great and the outdoor botanic garden nearby was a nice discovery (free to walk around outside). Also a good location to walking to food options. My only real complaint is lack of communication regarding pricing for extras online. We had a pet and looked for a pet fee mention online, but didn't find one (I believe it was $50). I found parking info and for some reason thought it was free. The garage is not, but it has low clearance so I couldn't park there. Luckily, the street meters are free at night and on weekends, so we were able to park right in front.
